    Hey guys

BW...glad you are feeling a little better today...you poor thing! Let's hope this is the corner...

Ltl Panda...from what I've heard, rusty spotting is fine...I think I've heard that spotting without cramps is generally okay...

    Sazz...hope you are doing well...

BeiBei...hope you are doing okay today...take care chickie!

Sammi...yeah...know what you mean about the better shots at 13 weeks...we were initially disappointed about the 19 week scan (the sonographer was using a brand new machine that morning and wasn't really sure what he was doing)...but regardless of the 'pictures', the results were good...and that's what counts, hey?

    Mako...how's your Nan?

Keen...good to hear from you...where's that new avatar?

Went to the physio yesterday...groin pain is still there but a little better...she did a lot of massaging my butt...which helped! First time ever I have had steel buns!!! Yeah, it is ligament pain...the relaxin hormone loosens everything up (getting ready for birth), so it's all a little unstable...she said it's also the way that I'm carrying...very much in front and low, so it's putting pressure on my pelvic floor...

Anyway...feeling much better today...got an Ob. appointment this afternoon...it's with another Ob. I haven't met yet, as my new-Ob is currently on holidays...so I guess it will be a very quick check up to ensure everything is fine...I'm feeling fairly fine so hopefully it will be an uneventful appointment!

    Take care all...
