Hey Scooby, it has been a little quiet in here hasn't it? have you tried the seabands for the nausea? I used them and found them helpful, they didn't stop it completely, but helped make the sickness a little bit more bearable.
I tried the mylanta for my heartburn, but it has been that bad that it makes me feel like I'm going to be sick. OB gave me a prescription, but told DH to fill it as I would probably get lectured on using it during pregnancy. He said it is fine to use though, and it will be the same medication they give to me before my c/s.

OMG, my feet have swelled up again today! They are so sore from all the swelling. DD is going to rub some cream into my feet tonight, little sweetheart! I have been having some major BH's today and last night,( at least I hope they are BH's lol) it is actually starting to scare me a little, especially since we won't be near the hospital until next week!

Ooh, BW, so good to hear from you Looking forward to hearing all about your next scan. Will that make you somewhere around the 10 week mark?

Scooby, the sea bands certainly do work a treat. I'm also having a lot of success with Blackmores morning sickness tablets. If I remember to take them at night I have a much better morning.

    Hey there! Still here!!

Scooby, I found the seabands helpful too. I also found accupuncture incredibly effective. Hope you get some relief soon, but do be reassured that for MOST people it does get better, usually as the 2nd trim begins.

Nic - hope your foot rub was nice! Please send her my way once she's den with you. LOL!!

Shannon - bet your belly's looking bewdiful!! Has milk helped with the heartburn at all? I find it great, aswell as the Rennie tabs.

BW - those extra scans are very reassuring for sure. Yay for your ob!!

Went to my ob today, and all is well. He didn't even do an internal. He says there's no need to "pick on baby," just yet, as is confident labour will start on its own some time over the next week. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease let him be right. Thank goodness he's on call this weekend, so I don't have to cross my legs for a couple of days.

    Belly rubs all 'round!

Arielle I'm sending you lots of gentle labor vibes hun.I'm sure it won't be too long and you'll be holding your gorgeous little bundle in your arms.

Nic How are you doing? What date is your C/S booked?

BW Good on your OB for booking you in for 2 scans.I found it was the frequent scans that kept me as sane as posible during my pregnancy lol.

Monnie you are such a sweet woman.I'm pleased that you keep popping in lol.I have to admit that I'm addicted too

We are doing well.Sage isn't sleeping too much but I'm used to that now lol even though I look and feel like I've been hit by a bus lol he's certainly worth it though.
I absolutely love being his mummy.I often think how lucky DH and I are even after the long and bumpy ride we had getting to this stage to have a beautiful baby in our lives.
Oh and how fast does the time go and they grow soooooooo fast. Sage will be 8 months old on Monday.

I hope you are all well and can't wait to see some B/A's very soon.

    Hello everyone

I have not posted in here in a long time. After I got my BFP, I also got a little paranoid, and was afraid to post or speak about my pregnancy. But we got there in the end and I had a little boy on March 18th. He is the joy of my life.

I wish everyone here the best and hope you all have happy and healthy pregnancies. And when you get that little bundle into your arms at last, well, it is worth everything that you go through when you're TTC.

    love smegs x

Oh wow Mako, can't believe that Sage is already 8 months old!! My c/s is booked june 30, only 8 sleeps to go (if I ever get some sleep tonight that is!)

Arielle, hope all is well your way, I will have to check out the BA thread to see if there has been any news since your post

Well, DH finally finished bubs room! We painted some clouds on the walls (after a huge argument) and have put up the curtains on one window, with me having to track down some more supplies to hang up the 2nd set of curtains. Cot went up tonight, just have to bring home the mattress, and the change centre/bath got put together as well, with me supervising DD packing if full of goodies. Just have to pack some clothes into the drawers and it should be all done. Setting it all up today, made if feel real, which is something I think I've been missing. All of a sudden I'm kind of starting to feel a little calmer about the c/s, which is nice also. Hope it stays that way LOL!

Ok, off to check out the rest of the forum and then hopefully off to bed for some well deserved rest

    Nic
