Really not too long for you now Lismith! If your whole belly is tightening, then that sounds like BH to me... Stronger ones you can 'feel' the tightening. I also get pressure on my bladder (if not empty), mild cramping down low, lower back ache... if you're not feeling anything i'd be happy actually...
