Everywhere I go people ask me how long I have to go and they look SO surprised when I've been saying 10 or 9 weeks (now 8 weeks). Even former midwives say things like "my you are carrying high and out front!"
Hey you lovely ladies, thanks for your support and trish thanks on update for me.
All is ok. There was a scare when the contractions wouldnt stop on xmas eve at 10pm, thought that i was having christmas bub and then the same on boxing day. All in all the good news he is staying put and hasnt been delivered. I have to go for another GTT on Tuesday for last GTT was borderline (that wasnt reason for admission 22/12 to hospital - part of reason though - they done Fetal Fibronectin (fFN): A Test for Preterm Delivery
which came back positive). Today i was released (mostly my decision) (well what i was doing there i could do at home).
Hope everyone been well.. DH & I had great day today.. we had 2 dogs in seperate races at Casino and 1 came 1st and the other came 2nd.

Chris, I'm so glad bub didn't decide to make an early entrance. How did they stop contractions or did they stop on their own? Did they give u some meds to stop preterm labour or something? Thinkin of u, take care.
Shez, she certainly is gorgeous.
I agree, lovely belly shots Kar & Danni. My belly was that kinda shape (up & out) & I had a girl so u just never know (although breech).
SHELL: Thank you for your post. They gave me a tablet to chew and it stopped contractions, dont know what they were called.
ME: Had BT for GTT today and test came back positive for GD. Have to talk to dietician about diet, i wont be insulin dependant thank goodness only controlled by diet.
MELBO: Thanks Melbo, not good to have GD, certainly keeps me busy working out things to eat and not to eat and keeps me off the streets LOL... before i know it i will be working on bubs meals..
