Just wanted to stick my head in to say hi.

AFM~ i have a very cranky baby she had her frist set of shots today. And the dr said her hight is within the 95% of her age group but her weight is 38% so i am going to have a very tall skinny baby. The bad news is that the way that she wakes herselfs up its hard to explain but she might be having seizers in her sleep

That's not good angelfish, what can they do? EEG? I hope she gets sorted out. AND I hope she was good with her shots!

I had a horrid night's sleep with DS, but also had some pink tinged watery type CM - freaked me out. Nothing like my m/c, but still it was pink. I had bloods today but I wont get my results until Thursday, when we'll also have a scan. God I am so nervous, I just feel like they're going to do the scan and there will be nothing there.

good ol dh called me pieguts and rubbed my tummy on sunday night when me were having a cuddle i cracked up laughing!
i cant believe how far we are along, what was it, like 6 weeks when we came into here, time flys!!

im positive i felt the baby move yesterday at work, i had this flutter for about 10 seconds and it stopped then another one for about 30 seconds i nearly screamed at work! it definatly wasnt gas, thats different.. lol it felt weird!

Stoked lovely to see you again. Glad you found us again. Woow basically 22weeks now!

Angelfish gee thats scary. Hope its not that. If it is can they do anything about it? Or as its only in her sleep do they think it will be fine or she will grow out of it?

WBM I hope your scan on Thursday speeds up and you see a gorgeous little HB.

Alish my appointment is at lunch today. I'll be back to update then. Not sure whats going on but I've have 2 gushes it is thinner fluid with no colour since getting up. Still niggling. Once I sat down and could feel a gush, plus as soon as I got out of bed I had a major gush. I guess it was from what was pooling in there over night. I expect my Ob to have a look and make sure its not my waters breaking. Its certainly not a gush but a trickle every now and again.

    Mildez..hope you're appointment goes well.

Alish...everyone is so different at different stages of pregnancy. With DD at six months everyone was asking me how many weeks i had to go or if i was having twins...this one im measuring right one and am heaps smaller. Its so good when you can feel flutters

Wannabemum....hopefully everything is ok then..i think it can be normal...hope fully the next few days goes fast

Angelfish..hope the little ones alright then

Hey Stoked...hope alls going well..good to hear from you

PM....thats heaps good only putting on 1.5. I have put on heaps more than that.....its good to look pregnant so dont worry..

    T-hopes..Could be..if you're worried just tell you're ob

    Jenna....hope you're going ok..thinking of you

    Hey everyone else..

Had my 24 week appointment yesterday. Im measuring exactly on 24 weeks and HB was 154. He said i dont have to do the glucose test, i just have to get a blood test a couple days before my 28 week appointment. I was only in there for about 10 mins..im going to book my 3d scan in as well...probably wont have it till im 30 weeks tho...

About the possiblity of siezers sorry i was so short on it.Its becouse when she is sleeping she will wake herself up sometimes with bringing her arms and legs up in the air and shaking alittle but the rest of her is stiff. We got told that next time she does it we are suppose to hold her hand and if it stops then there is nothing to worry about. The shots i think i was more upset over then she was.

Hey everyone, just stopping in quickly.

My waters will be broken tomorrow morning, so hopefully by this time on thursday I'll be holding Little Miss Dragonfly and all the stress and worry I've had over the whole pregnancy will have been for nothing.

For anyone who is on my FB friends list - please don't post anything on there as hubby & I want to announce it ourselves and tell family first before we get inundated with heaps of wall posts.

Angelfish - I hope it's all nothing to worry about with DD, a friend of mine's DD had mini convulsions as a bub, turned out it was just some mild seizures that a lot of babies get but don't cause any problems, she was really stressed out about it though, and her DD had grown out of them by the time she turned 2 (she's now 5). We thought DS might have had them as well up until he turned 1 as he used to make simlar jerky movements every time he woke up, and still does when he's having night terrors, but apparently it's all normal.

WannabeMum - I hope it's all nothing darl, I had quite a few pink, brown and bright red bleeds this pregnancy up until 13wks. I'll be keeping my FXed that it's just bub snuggling in deeper and that you see a really nice strong heartbeat at your scan!

Mildez - Could be your hindwaters? A friend of mine had her hindwaters break just before 34wks and kept on losing fluid in small gushes right up until she had her youngest DS at 38-39wks (I forget exactly how far along she was when he was born even though it was only 2 months ago lol but it was before 40wks anyway lol)

Melster - Glad your appointment went well!

Hi everyone else! Sorry for not many persies, but need to get some things organised today since I won't be home tomorrow lol

    Hi ladies!

Mildez - Hope al is going well at your appt! Your prob there right now !

JennaJayen - So excited that things will happen for you tomorrow!! Will be thinkibg of you! Good luck!! xx

AFM - Just got back from my u/sound and bubby looks great! Estimated weight is 3lb13oz! Holy moly! She said bub was in the top 90% of weights for this stage so it will be a whopper!! But she said all organs etc are perfectly healthy so not to worry! But c-section is looking more and more likely if i go to term! I see my ob next wednesday so will know more then! She said bub has hair!! I was soo excited to hear that!!!

Oh and unfortunatly my kidneys have got a lot worse, they are now severe so im waiting to hear back from my ob about what happens next I feel ok and obviously bub is still thriving so im sure all will be fine xx

Jenna - hoping that you're in labour at the hossy right now and soon to be holding your purple bundle.

    Ionna - you too!

Stoked - glad you're found again.... look at your ticker.

Alish - time goes so slowly when you're pregnant and flies along once they're here... where did our little new born go? She was only so new yesterday and now 6 months.... that's probably how TegamM feels. You are the perfect size for you!

Melster good to hear from you.

Mildez - hoping you get some sleep soon and stop the pukies! Seems like a long pre labour to me.... not sure about your CM.... hope your appointment goes well.

TegamM - ahh so it's not just me... wanting another..... I keep fooling myself into thinking I've O'ed... LOL. I would give up BF'ing to encourage O, but I love that special time with Hannah and the go anywhere packaging!

Angel - sorry that Honor is giving you some worries... hope it all clears up soon.

Wannabemum - sorry you had a scare...I know it's a long wait til Thurs.... keep strong.

T Hoes - was it you doing the washing of bubs clothes? So cute...You should take a photo of those wee little outfits on the line... they're not in them for long....an you look back and think, how could they have ever been that small.

Reet - is there just too much action in the BD department with the man home? LOL.. Sorry to be suggestive but since Ferrals isn't posting as much it's very quiet on the risque department.

I didn't end up getting a BF outfit I liked. I bought one but will take it back. Too much $ for what it is and I only got it as I felt desperate and not because it was what I wanted. Oh store credit means more shopping... probably for H.

It's so nice to read about your growing bellies, that you're being able to feel movements, and even see them.

dory i have to laugh at how you spelt t-hopes, "t hoes" haha!!
time does fly when you have babies ive noticed, well.. my dogs anyway haha! i can still remember one of them being that little i held him in one hand an nursed him all day long.. ohh i wish he was still that little, i bet i will be the same way about the baby!!
have you started trying for another yet?

whats wrong with your kidneys t hopes? youve probably said it before but im too lazy to go back & read does it mean you will have to have the baby sooner or something?
glad all is well with bubs though

melster - yay for an easy appointment, i sorta hate those, well for me anyway, im in for 10 minutes and here is a nice $150 bill for you seems like i should get more out of the appt!!

jenna all the best for tomorrow, how very very exciting

    xx

Dory its obviously not pre-labour. I think its just my body playing tricks on me. I was sure after all the stuff I have lost down below something would kick into gear. Oh well. I guess I was compairing my last 2 to this one and with them when something started happening it really happened. Now I'm just fiddling and farting around. I also found out today my women centre, low intervention Ob is away next week for over 2weeks. And his replacement is my old Ob who is scissor/caesar/induction happy. With my last he was adament I had the drip to speed labour up when I needed to push. Said I wasn't progressing fast enough (but I went from 4cm to birthing in 2hrs) I really didn't want him which is why I swapped so I'm so disappointed. My Ob who is going away even allows your DH to catch bub (under his guidance) so how sad for me. Oh well.

T-hopes will your kidney issues resolve once bub is out? Sounds like you have an excellent oven.

Dory - yeh it was me that has been washing all the baby clothes!! And i actually did take a pic of all the clothes!! It was too cute! I have been keeping a preg journal and put so many happy snaps in it!! I love it! So proud of it!

Mildez - Sorry to hear your good ob is going away you must be so shattered! So the only chance of having your ob deliver is if you went into labour this week?
And yeh hoping that the kidneys will resolve after birth but they arent 100% sure, will have to have some scans a few wks after bubs is born! Fingers crossed there isnt any permanent damage!

Alish - Hi lovey! I have Hydronephrosis, basically means they are very dilated and full of fluid. Ive heard that it can mean an earlier labour but will know more after i see my ob again next week! hopefully he has a plan

T-Hopes yes I'm not sure the exact day my Ob is leaving but if bub doesn't arrive by mid next week I see his replacement for my appointment at 39+6 which means he will book an induction then. I will except the induction date as long as its a few days past my EDD at minimum. There a few dates I don't want this bub to arrive. In saying that its unlikely that will happen but you just don't know. I'll also have my old Ob for delivery (been private I have an Ob as opposed to a midwife for the actual delivery where I'm birthing. He will just be forbidden to walk in the room with his episi scissors)

Kellbell I'm sure your Ob has seem far worse lol. Even if it was to your knees I'm sure there have been clients that could challenge that hehe. Hey I'm bawled at present and my Ob did a VE yesterday and as I'd been leaking I felt all sticky and yuck and thats all I could think of about how he would have to pry the sticky things apart to do his thing. Not pleasant at all. Wonder what I would have been thinking if I had an afro. The thoughts we have. Kellbell I'm feeling you on the feeling your so close but yet so far away.
