Kellbell I'm sure your Ob has seem far worse lol. Even if it was to your knees I'm sure there have been clients that could challenge that hehe. Hey I'm bawled at present and my Ob did a VE yesterday and as I'd been leaking I felt all sticky and yuck and thats all I could think of about how he would have to pry the sticky things apart to do his thing. Not pleasant at all. Wonder what I would have been thinking if I had an afro. The thoughts we have. Kellbell I'm feeling you on the feeling your so close but yet so far away.

Tegam he described the cervix as been a multios. It was greater then 2cm thick, admitted 2fingers so about 2cm, soft, very posterior, bubs head was high but well applied to the cervix. So basically a normal cervix in a non labour lady who has had babies vaginally before.

News update. I'm convinced I'm trickling amniotic fluid. He checked me out yesterday but today its really ramped up. I'll be getting checked out at some stage today. Its identical to yesterday just alot more. Got checked out at my appointment he did the works and said they were still intact but now over night 4 pairs of undies and some pads I'm convinced there is a leak.

JJ thinking of you today and praying you have a brilliant vaginal delivery and are holding your little lady in no time.

    Hi ladies

I'm sorry I haven't had a chance to read or catch up at all, I just wanted to let you all know we arrived home from the hospital last night and are all doing well. You've probably heard bits and pieces, and I will most definitely fill you all in about what happened, but for now I'm just focussing on enjoying being a new mum.

I haven't checked my B.A yet, but I'm sure Tellytubby did a great job. We named our son Axel Timothy Faccioni. Born via emergency c-section at 2.39am on March 25th. He was somewhat famous in the nursery, especially with all the drama surrounding my hospital stay. Let's just say I didn't get ANY rest. It was weird how many people wanted to pop in and get the juicy story. Weird, and rude. Yesterday I had 10 staff members come into my room to suss out the situation in less than an hour. Just knock and barge, knock and barge. One particular cleaner actually got annoyed when I asked her to leave, and come back later because Axel was so unsettled and I'd had no sleep whatsoever. SO not in the mood to make chit chat!

By last night I was so frazzled after almost 40 hours straight without more than an hour sleep tho, (because of nosy drs, nurses staff etc) I demanded that NOBODY else enter my room unless it's to monitor my condition, or tell me I can go home. (I then got the feeling some of the staff resented my request for some space...... like their 'wants' even matter!) I'll explain in more detail just how shocking the whole experience was, from the big things to the small things, but I think my time on here is already running short, lol. My little man is starting to squeak so I'm sure it won't be long before I have to start the 'snuggle, feed, change, feed, change snuggle settle' routine

He is one DEMANDING little man though, gets upset really quickly and I think frankly he was traumatized by what happened to us. Not to mention poor DP. I have never seen him look so afraid or upset. Anyhoo, we're all well now and both DP and I are grateful we all made it out unscathed. Will post pictures when I can um, get anything done besides baby stuff hehe. Thanks everyone for your support and for thinking of us.

WOW kellbell..i cant believe you're over 35 weeks now....well you probably can because when you're the one pregnant it takes ages LOL...its a long time to be pregnant so the last few months seem like it takes yrs. Dont worry about down stairs!!!! im sure the obs have seen it all and dont even get fazed by it..plus its pretty hard to get down there later in the pregnancy so im sure they are so used to it and have seen everything...

Alish..oh well least you made a little bit of $$$$$...

    Jenna...how you going?

Mildez...sounds like it..especially if its increasing..keep us posted

Hey forshelby. Good to hear from you. Sorry you had such a difficult time but im glad you and bubs are ok though. Yes they certaintly take up alot of time in the first few months..and i remember just staring at DD all the time. All i felt like i was doing was bfeeding which took a while, changing, sleeping and then i would sit on the couch and then it be time for feeding again......but i love little miss....when there in a routine you defiantly have more time. Cant wait to see pictures..

ATM..im eating alot more which im worried about. Im hoping bubbie is just having a growth spirt...hopefully water areobics keeps my weight down. I keep waking through the night, its so annoying. This morning it was 5.30 and i was wide awake thinking about future finances!!!!! My dad seems to be getting worse as well, he had to have a MRI yesterday and dye put through him, and then he will go back to the nuro surgeon. Hopefully its not real bad news!!!!! but he is defiantly going down hill and mums finding it really difficult and getting really stressed.....he is 70 but you never want anyone you love to get old and sick....im very close to my parents and spend alot of time with them so its very difficult to watch....still waiting for a responce from CHild support about our objection about there decision on trying to make us pay 20'000.00 to the ex...so thats pretty stressful as well.....and i think thats why i am getting so much heart burn

Forshelby OMG it sounds like you had a horrendous time. CONGRATULATIOANS again. I'm of to the hossy to get checked out but by the sound of things a complaint to the hospital might need to be placed. What about your privacy? I'd be pee'd. You did the right thing telling them not to come in except when neccessary for you and Axel not for them. Love his name also.
