Thats sounds about normal Lily J. I put on most of my weight during the second trimester (probably because that is when my cravings for fatty and salty foods kicked in) but gained very little during both the first and last trimester so everything seemed to even out. Obs dont usually care too much about weight gain (some Ob's dont even weigh their patients) unless it is gained rapidly. The bottom line is, if your Ob doesnt seem concerned, dont worry about it. You will likely lose most if not all of it once bubs is born anyway. Try and exercise 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes if you can as this will prevent any unnecessary weight gain and will lift your spirits a little regarding your body image.
