I used a maternity one from around 13 weeks left it in till Jack was 8 mths only took it out cause he had this habit of lifting my shirt and pulling on bar drove me nuts, I even left it in while I had c-sect they just taped over it I have had it since I was 18 way before they were cool should put it back in
