Well it doesn't say not to on the tube!

I was told to take berocca after the birth to stave off the 3-day-baby-blues and it worked for me ....

Hi Missy,

While I was still working (12 hour days and nights) I asked my OB the very same question as I really needed something to keep me going!! He said they are fine as long as you don't overdo them. No more than 1 a day. You have to be careful with some of the energy boosters as they contain caffeine, but Berocca doesn't so that's why it was ok. Definately don't drink "V" or "Red Bull" or any of those energy drinks. I still have a Berocca even now with only 2 weeks till bub due!!
