I'm having trouble locating the correct muscles to exercise - I can stop mid-wee (only just) but then can't be sure I'm using the same muscles later when trying to exercise. I have a male Dr and have had all kinds of embarressing discussions with him but for some reason, I'm struggling to bring this one up (silly, I know).
I can scrunch everything up down there (for want of a better description) but heard that you shouldnt be tightening your butt when doing PF exercises - *sigh* I really have no idea do I, lol
