I am another one who had bleeding after using a heavy shopping trolley first time around, I had bleeding each time AF was due too it wasn't pleasant.

this time around it hasn't been as bad but still very stressful, again just if I bent down or lifted anything too heavy. I have been using coles online for most of the groceries and Dh puts them up on the bench for me too put away.

Thank god for my GP whoI can go and see whenever I get stressed out too much he does a heart check and reminds me to take it easy. I haven't had bleeding now since about 20 weeks so hopefully its stopped.
