I dye my hair but I don't dye my hair while I am pregnant. Yeah I look shocking (well I think so). It's only 10 months and I wouldn't risk it. Having said that. My hairdresser said I'm being super paranoid because she has had 3 bubs and worked right up to the end with all of them so she is exposed to it all day everyday. I have lots of friends who dye their hair when preg and all is fine.
