I haven't had this problem, but I just wanted to say, if it's a standard hospital you went to, not a maternity hospital, it might be a good idea to contact your care team (midwife/GP/obstetrician, whoever is your main carer for your pregnancy) and let them know what's been going on. It might be that you need to see an obs, or even a maternal/foetal medicine specialist, or something... i would definitely want a second opinion from someone who is a specialist in looking after my baby, not just an emergency department generalist! Continued diarrhoea can be very dangerous in pregnancy, because you can get dehydrated so quickly, and this symptom on its own means I would want bub checked and whatever was wrong with me sorted or at least monitored closely.
