I have NAFLD (NonAlcoholic Fatty Liver Disease) it gives me the same symptomsbut does better with the better my diet is. It can take a bit for body to train to a new diet but lots of fresh veg, fiber, water, etc. Any change in my diet causes pain so most days are the same and it helps. Dieticians/nutritionists (proper ones) even with a decent diet can help with management. Also of course, no alcohol and limit simple fats to bugger all to none.Exercise also helps (and weight loss if overweight). Diet and exercise doesn't really need to have anything to dp with weight although I need to lose weight lol
