To find out boy/girl or keep it a surprise?

We tried to find out with DD1 but they were only 80% sure because DD was straddling the umbilical cord. I have a need to be organized so I put did a girl layby and a boy layby of clothes and then dh picked up the correct one the day after she was born.

With dd2 we found out. We were moving house and I didn't want to move all the stuff is kept if I wasn't having a girl.

We didn't tell anyone (except my bestie and a friend from here) what we were having. We also didn't tell anyone when we were booked for our c sect.

We found out for our first, But next time around i think i'd like to keep it a secret. I like the layby of both sexes idea though =) vey easy and simple.
