Thanks Willow - I don't know why i keep crying for.. i feel like an idiot!

I suppose i also expected to have a baby bump earlier because i am so small, but i am the only one in my group that doesn't have one! I can't even say i have reached that stage where my tummy looks chubby iykwim? I took a pic the other day, it is a little bit rounder than pre pregnancy, but other than that it just looks normal! The only time i feel 'pg' is when i'm laying down and the baby pushes out with her whole body and distorts my tummy. I am embarrassed to tell people i am pregnant because i have nothing to show for it! I feel like i am eating constantly trying to put on weight to no prevail, i started at 53-54kgs pre-pg and am now just under 45kgs (maybe muscle loss?)... I had an Ob appointment a couple of days ago and said my baby seemed 'big'? I also have a second gestational sac with a twin that didn't fully develop - i thought i'd at least have some sort of tummy to show for it! So i can't see a baby bump but i can feel such strong vivid movements?
