I had it with my first and found that Tums tablets worked well (though they tasted disgusting!).

Someone told me that if you have heartburn a lot whilst pregnant it means that your baby will be born with lots of hair. Probably just an old wives tale - but my daughter had a full head of thick hear when she was born...
