Hey LizJessie..
As the other ladies have said- TAKE IT EASY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When your not at work- REST sit on your butt and grow your baby- thats a big enough job!!!
Also if you cant get into your dr, i am pretty sure you can just go the hospital and they will let you go right to the maternity ward and they can at least do your blood preassure check your iron etc and even do a CTG thing which is where they put a little monitor thing on your belly and listen to bubs heartbeat and make sure everything is ok.
And honestly they dont mind you going there- call first to make sure they arnt too busy, but they will most likely say to come in especially if yo explain you cant get in to see your dr till next week.
Take care and drink lots of water and RELAX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I suffer from dizzy spells in most of my pregnancies. I agree with the others, you need to take it easy. My dizzy spells are because of low blood pressure and low blood sugar... now I try to make sure I have some fruit or fruit juice on stand by and a bottle of water constantly in my hand... whenever I feel dizzy, I sit down, drink the water and wait for it to pass.
Went to the dr this morning and he said I have a RTI (Respiritory Tract Infection) as well as both my ears being completely blocked. He felt my tummy and said it feels all right for being 16wks along, which makes me feel pretty good. Got normal BP and no UTI so that makes me feel better too.
Did manage to wrangle Saturday off work too, though next time I work is gonna be the Tuesday when I get my ears syringed So I'm gonna see if he can give me THAT day off work too!
Please prioritise looking after YOU, because you're also growing another life in you and that takes away from your normal capacity to push yourself so hard
