Thanks for your replies girls. Didn't want to call the ob in case it's 'normal'

I have EXACTLY the same thing and I had it with DS too.

I wouldn't worry Belle. Hopefully it will stop soon. I just put it down to "stuff" stretching.

If you feel the middle of your pevis, does it have a gap between the bones? How big is that gap? Mine is about 2 fingers width, which is rather wide for the Symphysis Pubis. It feels like I have been kicked and it is very bruised feeling. It is much worse when I have been doing a fair bit. If you have an obvious waddle, that can be a big indicator that something is not right. Look up SPD threads and Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction. If the descriptions sound like what you feel then GET a REFERRAL to a PHYSIO!! I had a Physio appointment today and they are getting me a bigger support belt, and have given me a sheet full of management techniques.

where am I supposed to be feeling? Sorry I haven't got a clue Have been reading up on SPD and feeling terrified. The pain is not so bad today, but I do get a waddle somedays when I walk a lot or am on my feet all day. I suppose I could tell my ob when I see him next.

I was thinking the same LSK, I'm only just showing and haven't put on much weight. I've weighed more before I was pregnant, so how does i hurt so much? What sort of support belt are you wearing? Have you spoken to your ob about it? Maybe see a physio like alioops has suggested.
