Still having morning sickness

I hate this!!!

First I had all day nausea and now I am throwing up more. I was sure it would be over by now but it seems to be getting worse. I'm so tired as well.

I feel worse after drinking milk so have stopped that.

Anyone else still having ms at this stage

With DD1 i had i until 22 weeks and DD2 until 17 weeks....some can have it for the full 9 months!

Kim B - I am currently 14w 2d and like you in the start I had all day mausea but now EVERY morning without fail I vomit! I thought all this stopped at 12 weeks! hehe
I was reading in a 40 week pg e-mail that I get that we are producing even higher levels of hormones at the moment - so maybe thats why we are still sick?
I just get through it one breath and a time!

I had M/S until 16wks. After that I still had to eat as soon as I got up in the morning or I'd get queasy. Hopefully yours will be gone soon.

KIM My MS has only stopped this past weekend. I'm 21 weeks today. I was counting down till 12wks, then it just got worse, I was then told 14wks, so again I counted down the days for nothing, 16wks, 17, 18, 19 & at 20wks I had a terrible week. This week, so far nothing. Good luck, I hope it passes for you soon.

kim its just the wonderful joys of being pregnant. if its bothering u too much go to ur doctor and they can give u something to ease it.

I have to say i was one of the luckier ones, no ms with #1 and #2 stopped at 12 weeks and 1 day
My sister however had it for full 9 months, bearly got out of bed. They say to have small snacks regularly and a bisuit before you get out of bed, however none of this worked for me, eating made me feel 10 times as bad so it was lots and lots and loads of water. Thankfully i never threw up just had the nausea.
Good luck and as Hollye said if its bothering you too much im sure there is something the doc can give you.

oh god i hope it goes away for you..

i had morning sickness 24/7 for my entire pregnancy with DS1, i was still vomiting the day my water broke. and also during labour. and was almost admitted to hospital on several occations.

this time im pritty much over the sickness. yet now i have heart burn 24/7.

you can never win but your beautiful baby makes it all worth while.

Mine went away at about 13-14 weeks- and now at 29 weeks- its coming back!!!!!! not nearly as bad- but the occassional bout of yuckiness and the odd sickly sensation- and i have actually vomitted a few times this week- (sorry if tmi!!)
I'm hoping it doesnt stick around for the rest of the pregnancy!!!

I hate to tell you this but some people get MS for the whole duration of pregnancy...

My morning sickness started at 12 weeks and finished at 19.

Sorry to tell you this but i had morning sickness right up until the day i had ds(which was last thursday). I was even vomiting a little during labour. Its not fun i know, and i definetly feel for you.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for all the sympathy it helps lol. Thankfully so far it seems to have abated but I thought it would never go. Got the results back from my amnio too and evertthing is fine there as well phew. Now the next big thing is having a BSL test cause I had glucose and ketones in my urine. But come Monday week I have the big scan yay so get to see bubs again. Good luck to all still expecting and congrats to all that have had theirs.
