Aw mBear, you poor thing! I HATE thrush and have been fortunate this pregnancy to not have had it.
I agree with both the yoghurt recommendations (i.e. eat it and apply the plain stuff locally!). Also, my sister (who lives in the tropics) swears by having yakult every day (and it has to be that brand - the cheaper stuff doesn't work). I think that is ok to have during pregnancy... That's if you'd like an alternative to a daily pro-biotic tab. It is basically the same thing, though.
Other thing is to wear a skirt and go knicker-less for a while every day or two (Obviously while you are at home, unless you're feeling adventurous, LOL!)
Cass - don't stress, mate. The first time I got it I knew something was wrong only because the itching was driving me NUTS! If you don't get that symptom, then as inertia has said, it's hard to know that something's wrong.
And Mags, I am so sorry you were treated that way - that's horrid!

Fast Tract can be found here and is great for thrush, has loads of different strains of probiotics, not one or two like the others and is VERY potent.

    Its brilliant
