For September in Sydney, Nonie, you will probably be wanting some short sleeved things and cardigans, long pants - remember it is starting to warm up then, but with some cool days (I would get less long-sleeved things and wrap baby up warmly if it's cool). Also remember, especially with a first baby, lots of people will give you clothes when he/she arrives.
