    Ramlet - is he/she on his/her way??

OK...having been having what seemed like strong BH but they're around 20-25 mins apart and I'm starting to feel them in my back. If this is anything like Wednesday's events it'll stop!!

Question is...should I call DH home now from his Xmas party? My back is bloody killing me. I've had some panadol and have a hot pack on my back. Whaddayareckon?

I'd leave it (not that I am any expert!) but you'd probably feel bad if it turns out to be nothing but BH. How long was your labour with your DS?

8 hours established labour...my waters broke almost 2 days before he was born and it was only after that that I started to feel like I am now. Unfortunately DS is at his father's place so I'm home alone at the moment pacing around the house.

Great, he's slurring and didn't say, oh well, I'm coming home now...my midwife has just delivered a a baby and had to get someone to take a msg to call me back. I phoned my sister, she's just had a couple of glasses of wine and won't be right to come to me for an hour...no use phoning his mum she'll be ****ed too.
