    Just found this thread and wondered if I could hijack it...

    Usually bubs is super active and I havent felt much at all today....
    This is my first day off work in 6 days and i've been mainly resting, just had some lunch to see if it gets him going. I'm going to try the cold drink also.
    Anything else I could try?

    I used to actually poke my baby to wake them up. It sounds really cruel but if it puts your mind at rest it is worth it. The other thing is to lie down and just concentrate on your belly, you may see movements even if you can barely feel them. If you are concerned then go and see your midwife xx
