DD was transverse at about the same stage for us too, and I got down and draped myself over a fit ball 3 times a day for about 10 minutes each time - would a fit ball take the pressure off your shoulders/wrist? It was actually quite comfy and I did it religously every day until she was born. After I did 10 mins leaning over it I would also sit for another 10 minutes on it rocking in circles. Within 2 weeks she was head down and stayed that way.
Be careful not too recline too much too, I was told to imagine a beam of light shining from my belly button and to make sure at some point, no matter how far off, that it would touch the floor. Always helped to keep me mindful of how I was sitting.
