Thanks for the tips. I had read also that lying on my back with my hips/bum propped up on a firm pillow might help? I do find it confusing though that having my bum higher than everything else gets bubs moving in the right direction, I would've thought it was against gravity?
There's just so much to have to try and learn/take in. What with thinking about labour, and dealing with GD, my brain is fast running out of space to fit all of the information in!!
