I was doing physio and resting as much as possible I would sit on a stool to cook dinner or wash dishes. Was hard with a toddler aswell. But I would lie on a mattress and let him play around me. I was ok in the mornings so would make our lunch and snacks and keep them within reach. When he was napping I was laying on the bed too. I just tried to limit the amount of walking, lifting? Standing etc. I also did mayb 2 physio sessions post birth.
