Hi all,
Let's keep it quiet but....I have hemorrhoids

They hurt, they're annoying and I have no idea what to do. I've tried witch hazel on cotton pads and that helps and Anusol which helps a bit more. Dh helpfully told me to 'push them back in' which is totally unsuccessful and nearly makes me pass out from the pain.

Ok, so... what do I do?
