Sue, i actually got onto spinning babies website just after i posted here and they did have some great methods to try .... so far i have tried 2 methods but havent felt bubs move back as yet.
A friend told me to try acupuncture but i havent had the chance yet, does it have to be someone who specialises in pregnancy acupuncture? And thanks i really really want to have another natural birth. Goodluck with your impending birth too darl
Jewel, thanks for your hugs i need them at the moment
Shanti, thanks for your hugs and i am really hoping bubs turns on his/her own accord too. I'am so scared about a c-section.
Majella, thanks for your reply and yes your right it is hard i can't believe i am stressing myself out so much about this but i just can't seem to help it. I will know for sure on Wednesday if i will be booked in for a c/s but i'am quitely hoping hoping that in between weds and the booked date that bubs moves (if the ecv isnt successful) and i can go onto have a normal delivery! Thinking of you and hoping your little one turns for you too and we both get to have the vaginal births we want
Pandora, thanks for your reply and advice.
Niadalla, my first child was presenting as breech up until 36 weeks then he turned so i know it can happen and there is still time. They are expecting this bub to be a big one too so with that aswell as the breech presentation i think they have decided should the ECV not be successful then c/s is the safest option for me the delivery my baby.
Ellibam, thanks for your reply. I will be honest in saying no i havent looked into any other care providers havent really had time to be honest (had my son in hospital this week in nsw) and quiet honestly when i have been told that having a c/s is the safest option for me should the ECV not be successful then i'm going to have to listen to that and do whats best for my baby (as much as i dont want a c/s, at the end of the day i want whats best for my baby) and having lost one baby im not prepared to take any risks.
Michelle, sorry to hear your ECV was unsuccessful. Can i just ask is it as painful as i have heard alot of women say? Haha...was telling my friend about handstands in the pool and she thought it was hilarious, i havent tried that one yet but maybe it's worth a go.....i cant imagine it would be real easy though being so big. I will try and think of some more questions, im sure i will have lots but i cant think of any right now.
