Good Idea to talk with your MW tonight. She might even be able to get a Dr to talk to you while you are in there. I hope it's all ok. I have also been having strong BH lately, but no popping or waters gushing.....so good luck!

Thanks for the update Mrs Hendo - soooo good that you have classes tonight and can see your MW, that in itself will give you a bit of peace of mind. Keep us updated, we are all hoping for the best for you!

    Glad your feeling (slightly) better!

I am a bit annoyed that the hosp and my ob are acting like its nothing serious but i am also trying to trust my instincts on this as well.
Maybe they don't want to make you nervous. If they stay relaxed, then you'll be more likely to stay relaxed too.

Having said that - if you have any concerns at all, go to the hosp! In the boy who cried wolf, the wolf came in the end... So just as a precaution, go see them. And your little wolf will stay put for now.

Glad to hear you had a nice big rest this afternoon and bubs is still tucked away nicely

I am glad that you have an antenatal class tonight, a great chance to have a chat to a MW that you are comfortable with, and I hope that she gives you OB a bit of a push tomorrow Lovely to hear you are on leave and then maternity leave, lots of resting up and relaxing

That is interesting toomanytoomany, I am glad that it worked for you The information is so contradictory out there that for me I will avoid it JIC. From a "fitness perspective" I sort of see it that if the RLT strengthens the Uterus, which is a muscle then for a muscle to strengthen than it needs to work/contract, but that it just me pondering

    hi Beema,

Yep i am doing great now. all contractions gone aside from normal BH type ones. I can feel Milly kicking away happily so i know she is great. I feel so much better after talking to my favourite midwife last night. She has been a midwife for 35 years and is brilliant and so approachable. She basically said all symptoms pointed to my hind waters breaking but she said that poses no concern to them as it can heal itself and will pose no harm to bubs. She said that as i am seeing my OB next week get him to do an internal. She did say however i need to rest and not run around or do heaps of housework (thank god she said this infront of my hubby) as it is likely bubs will come in 3-4 weeks max. Luckily by then I can deliver and stay at my chosen hosp.

She told me to keep monitoring like i have been and check my temperature a few times a day. Otherwise i should be fine and just prepare to welcome our little girl in a few weeks...

i don't know how i would have gotten through this without you guys. I don't have any family to go and i was freaking out.

We only had one 0000 when DD was born, the rest were 000...

DH, family and friends bought the 00000 (which were still huge on DD) and 0000 that we needed, if it comes to it, it is something that you can send your DH out to do
