Hi I am now at 28 weeks and have put on 14 kilos. I have been reading that in the last trimester people put an average of 1 kilo a week on- I am panicking a little about this. Prior to being pregnant I was a small size - but I have been ballistic with the eating..this is my first child..i am 36 years old...i was reading stuff where people had put on 8 kilos for their entire pregnancy!!!

) - so you stay fit for the birth now, and also stay fit so it's not too hard to go for walks once the baby is born (walks are great for sanity).
If you're not starving by the time you get to any junk food, then you might not eat as much.

I just looked up what I was at the END of my last pregnancy and I'm about 5 kg HEAVIER now than then!! No wonder the pants I wore right to the end last time don't fit properly
I think I will need a serious fitness regime when this bub is born!
