Hello! Unfortunately I understand you COMPLETELY!
I had SPD from around 20 something weeks! Atleast the best news for you is that you really dont have much longer to suffer from it.
My best advice is keep your knees/legs together at all times. You will learn to get out of the car, get out of bed, squat, waddle/walk () all with your legs together. this will help heaps!
I also got a physio to strap my pelvis (back and tummy) which did help significantly and didnt cost me anything! Definitely something to look into. And pregnancy water aerobics was great also.
