Ok, for the past week or so I've been getting cramps/aches in my stomach (presuming they are Braxton Hicks)
Then, Wednesday night, my goodness! It was the WORST sleep I'd ever had! So much pain and so many cramps/aches.
Anyways, fast forward to today - all the cramps/aches gone.... Though they are now replaced with pain, and lots of it! Also feeling alot of pressure 'down there' as well, but more intense (but not regular) than before.
Also *TMI warning here* I've had alot of white CM - not eggwhite, but milk white.. I've been getting it throughout the whole pregnancy, but today has just started the s**tload that I've been getting.
Since about lunch time (maybe a bit before) I've been getting back pain too. BUT it's only just hit me REALLY hard bout 20 minutes ago. For the first part of the day, I was fine and with the back pain now (as fine as can be anyways), I'm starting to feel very nauseous.
What can I do to make myself feel a bit better? And should I be starting to time the pain I'm getting in the stomach? If so, how in the world do I time the pain?! I've got absoultely no idea as it wasn't explained in my antenatal classes properly!
you could try a shower and put the pressure on your back, as for timing when you feel your belly harden take note of time how long it feels like that and when it ended then when next pain hit take note again the time between it and end of first is time between and length is the length obviously
I think this it fo ryou sweeite, move around squat bend etc, lean over the table
Yay! Embrace the pain, sweets Tell yourself that it's a good thing. Personally, I would get DH to do the dishes (but that's cause I hate it, LOL!) and stick with the relaxing part. If you can possibly get some sleep, do that too. You will need all the energy you can muster, so while you are able to rest make sure you rest
Looking forward to hearing how you get on!
