thanks for your reply. Yep, ive been induced before. It was with my first born (8.5 years ago!lol). I got induced a week earlier, due to a high risk of pre-eclamsia, as my blood pressure was up from the get go.. But everything went well. So hopefully, i can say the same thing this time round too. Already quite anxious about it though

I really hope you go by yourself before then. Just so you don't have to worry about induction.

Mel, it is quite possible that your BP rose from the stress of the situation. IYKWIM, you were sitting there trying to defend your decisions and they were being questioned. It's natural for your BPto rise like this.

Good to hear that you scored an 8 on the Bishops scale, I was going to say that a 3 doesn't look very promissing for you.

Good luck for today hun, and you know, if there is anything that your not happy with you can always say no.

Hi ladies

Im proud to finally announce the arrival of my son!!!!

. Born on monday at 4kilos or 8 pounds! Not as big as predicted (10pounds!lol) The induction wasnt as bad as i thought. I had a fairly quick labour, of less than 2 hours!. I didnt bother with the gas at all this time. I even cut my own cord!

Ok i wont brag any longer!lol.

All though i do have blood pressure problems, and current swelling of the feet. But besides this, everything is good!.
