    numb hands

    Hello,
I woke up this morning and my hands were really numb, I wasn't laying on them as I was sleeping on my back. My daughter came in with an LCM bar and I could hardly open the packet I had no strength. Has anyone else had this happen?

Yep, its Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and very common in pregnancy.

I have had it for a few weeks now but it has gone from just waking up with numb hands to all my knuckles being quite painful almost like I have athritis. Just something you can look forward to.

If it becomes problematic your best bet is to see a physio and ask for a wrist brace. I believe you can buy them from the chemist as well.
