Thanks Alan, it turned out to be another very quick labour. I just wish I didn't tear. Might have to look a lot closer at perinial massage next time, If I get another time.

I did have in the back of my mind controlling the breathing to reduce the risk, but I just couldn't do it when push cam to shove, pardon the pun

And I've added my little one to a ticker now so all can bask in her cuteness
