Yep I would go to my OB asap. I doubt your OB would want you to sit at home anyway, when I had BP issues they always insisted I come in within 30mins to be checked out.
Whereabouts are you? I'm birthing at Swan Medical in Perth and the Maternity ward has a little room where you can drop in during buisnes hours for any concerns. They'll check BP, strap a fetal monitor to you, take blood etc, and of course call an OB if you wish. I wonder if its worth you calling the hospital and trying to get seen there instead? I think sometimes the midwives are far more thorough than the OB's. Good luck.
BTW - my blood pressure has been the same as yours thorughout this pregnancy adn the docs aren't worried about it at all, and say that while it is on the high side, it is still within the normal range for pregnancy.
