Our pregnancys sound the same! i have had 2 shows and very strong painful BH at times.

I thought i was in labour last wednesday morning but after an internal my cervix was long and closed.

In the event you do go into labour i believe they will stop it. My SIL went into labour at 33 weeks with her daughter, her waters broke and they stopped it. They only then induced her 3 days later when she got an infection (mind you would have been easier to let her go.. ) her daughter didnt need any steroids as her lungs were fine.

And they wont laugh at you! they are used to it all as its only natural to worry.
