I am another who is going to recommend a physio. You may or may not have SPD.

I had 'mild' pelvic pain, which I thought would improve if i went to pilates etc. Thankfully they asked me to get assessed first - and the pain got worse every day. I ended up like you - hardly able to walk.

I don't have SPD (thankfully) but I have sacroilliac Joint dysfunction. It is ridiculously painful...like knives going in. I am seeing a physio once/twice a week, and I am the proud owner of a number of pelvic belts etc - all trying to help support the joint.

I am doing excercises to strengthen my abs and glutes. I have to ice it too. It is slowly getting better. I have not been able to walk the dog in a month (poor doggie) but i can walk in the pool. But NOT swim (swimming is very bad).

I still can hardly roll over in bed at night - i end up in a world of pain. But the physio has given me loads of little tips and techniques that has made everything much more manageable.

It is fixable (especially if you are not UTD )

See a physio - you will at least know exactly what you are dealing with then.

Big hugs for you - it's literally a PITA!!

ETA: I haven't actually told anyone else on BB about this, but I am 'fessing up, as I hope it might help you.
