BAL they said at my appt yesterday that it's very important now that I pay more attention to movement. She's been moving pretty well this past week which is nice seeing as she has had me concerned a few times previously.

Chrispe DS didn't have any problems at all, was just a little bub. They're more concerned that it is IUGR this time because her head is measuring as it should, it's her body that's measuring smaller and they mentioned that when baby isn't getting all they need, vital organs (brain and heart) are fed and the rest get the left over amounts ITMS?

I've just gotta wait for this next scan next week and go from there.

I was induced the day after my due date due to possible IUGR with DS1.

SCN were on standby and the crash cart were in the room when I delivered, but he came out perfect, just a little small, weighing 2.8kg.

We went home the next day, bf was established perfectly and he is now a very healthy and happy 4.5 year old boy.

I really hope your little miss is able to stay put for a bit longer, please keep us updated

Yes, a friend of mine has just had the same thing, her little boy's abdomen measurement was not growing at the same rate as the other measurements and she said the same thing, the brain and heart get priority and the tummy doesn't get as much and stay smaller. She had her bubs at 36 weeks and he,s been breastfeeding like a champ ever since.
