Hey,
could be but I could feel this for quite a few weeksbefore i had Noah and I was induced 3weeks early
Ive had alot of pressure from bubs head down in the lower region in the past couple of days.
It has been so long since i was pregnant (7 years) that i can't remember feeling this with my daughter.
I've also had lots and lots of braxton hicks.
Could this mean that labour is approaching?

I know the feeling! I'm in absolute agony from the pressure. The Base Hospital have referred me to a physio just this week to help ease the pain. Bub is sitting so low in my pelvis that I feel like I'm going to break into 2.
I am feeling that already and I still have 6 weeks to go. I don't think I can hande another 6 weeks of this. Have been getting BH since 25 weeks.
I too have had this for the past couple of weeks, but this week it seems to be constant. I have had braxton hicks since 20weeks but again they came and go and only a few a day. I seem to have them all the time lately.
This is just a sign that baby is moving further down into the pelvis. As uncomfortable as it is for us, it's all good. Try easing some of the pressure by sitting on a fitball/swiss ball if you have one.
I know how you feel. My bub has had his head low for the last 6 weeks and the pressure has only gotten worse along with the Braxton Hicks. It's just your bub and womb getting ready for the big event, or so I have been told. Soft chairs and being in the pool have helped me greatly.
