LOL Jem - you already know I am feeling 100% the same way.

Ok - Isabeau - I have found out with all three of my pregnancies - The first two I was told boys -and they were and are both beautiful boys so it was correct for me! I have now been told a girl for this one with the understanding that girls are harder to predict. My u/s lady will never tell you she's 100% sure - and yes, I think they need to cover their butts. I was a bit stressed over this (had prepared myself to hear boy so am finding it hard to allow myself to think pink and dont want to JIC!) Anyway, when my ob read the results 'appears to be female' I stressed even more, but he reassured me that that was something that was always written, looked at who did my u/s and said she was very experienced and he thinks if she wasnt quite sure, she would've just told me that she couldn't be sure - so that has put my mind at ease. Only time will tell though - but so far I have had two accurate results.
