I can't offer a whole lot of help for you Kim, just a hug. I'm in the same boat. What's hurting? If it's your hips (mine are!) maybe try a body pillow or something between your knees. Any chance someone else can get up with Chelsea? (BTW - what's getting her up? Ear infection? Growth spurt?)
I really hope you can find an answer hun, I know how much it sucks not sleeping! (I have no idea what's keeping me up. My hips ache, but they did before, and I slept. I think it's just getting to hard too turn over and get comfortable etc, combined with some hormonal pregnancy thing.) Who cares if it's normal - we've still got to function as mothers somehow on NO SLEEP! Tell your GP to try it for a week or two! (Take forever to fall asleep, get up a hundred times to pee, comfort a child, try to get comfortable... etc, and then wake up the next morning with the child, and be cheerful, patient, attentive, and kind, despite the continued discomfort and fatigue of pregnancy too. See how well he lasts!)
Maybe try the naturopath???
Anyways, I sympathize -
