I've started having this pain for the last week or so too. but not as bad as many of you, havent progressed to any painkillers for it yet. I spoke to the physio who runs my pregnancy pilates class this morning though and shes given me some stretches to do 3+ times a day and told me to massage some spots etc, and if its not feeling any better next monday we'll have a one on one session and try and get to the 'bottom' of it (sorry for the pun there).
