Thanks girls! All seems well now. I still can't slow down though. I was out walking again today. He has definitely dropped into my pelvis quite firmly, I feel a lot of discomfort around my cervical area that indicates this as well as my belly sitting a lot lower. I have checked my own cervix though and I would say there is no effacement and I can't quite reach to inaccurately tell if I have dilated but I don't think I have. Maybe my body is just practising for the real deal. I am trying to read up if other people have had a similar experience and it isn't all too uncommon. One thing the others have in common though is that their doctors did a test to check the risk of pre-term labour and no one did that test for me, is it just not a test done here or is it inaccurate? For now I will just assume I am not at risk because I don't want to slow down and I will just keep a close eye on things in the meantime...
