Me is 1st, me is 1st. Hehe.
I have gone on that website yesterday and received an email. They mustnt sell them anymore, must be old hey?
-
I know fisher price do something similar if you have a look at thier website....my friend has one. I'll have a look after I eat.
-
I think I know the one you are talking about and it doesn't have four walls, it is one wall that stands alone. Well if that is the one you are talking about.
-
Yeah that''s it and Playskool do a similar one
-
Playskool do a similar one to Fisher Price???
Oh and forgot to tell everyone, I don't think I am UTD this month, feeling pre- AF niggely pains, even though AF is not due until Thursday
I also forgot to say, poor Jayden, gosh that wars that our children are gonna be in from now on. Give him a big kiss from Lachlan and I.
Kim, hey just looked at your chart, my thoughts are you ovulated on CD15, but I could be sooo wrong, been so long since I charted.
-
it is definately looking that way kim few more days should see a cover line emerge
-
Jayden had another accident today. We were at SIL#6's and he was chasing after a ball he threw and fell on to you know the brick part that comes out from the window (outside), he fell on the corner of the brick and hit the bridge of his nose. I watched the blood/bruise rise to the surface and the lump appear, not as much blood as yesterday...But poor Jayden looks like he has been bashed up! Sheree, I just uploaded photo's of it so i will send it to you now.
Better go Jayden is still awake as he had a very late sleep from 5pm-6.45pm.
GL Kim, hope you get a BFP this month! Hope AF stays away Sheree and you get one too hehehe.
NIghty night all

Hehe Shazz that was just like Lachlan and I last week when I got my new glasses. He looked and looked away, looked and looked away! This was when he was on my shoulder giving me a hug.

Morning girls!!
Sorry i have been MIA lately. I have been SOOO tired its just exhausting feeling this tired. I have'nt even bothered to look at the computer. Most days i just lay around on the lounge and sleep when Briley does.
I have been getting lots and lots of prelabour signs. Contractions wake me up several times a night now. I never had this with Briley. I am keeping fingers crossed that i go early. But not before 37 weeks. I was thinking about asking for an internal when i go to the hosptial on wednesday too see if i have dilated any. Its going to be so weird asking to have an internal done!!
Baby is well on its way to engagement. S/he is 3/5 on decent. Briley was still floating after my waters broke and i went into labour with her! I have had quite a lot of mucous lately and from how i described it to the Dr she thought it might be my show!!! No blood but. I am now checking the toilet paper every toilet visit!!
Briley is great. She is cruising around the grape vines slashing the grass on the tractor with Daddy at the moment. I do panick a little about him dropping her but he is pretty careful. And she loves it too.
No new teeth. Plenty of new words though. We are looking after 2 horses up here at the moment and their names are Chordy and Parque (pronounces Parkie). Parque is a stallion and we let him roam around the yard and house. Briley absolutely loves him. As soon as she wakes in the morning she is calling out his name. He has really taken to her aswell. Whenever he see's her he comes up to her. We are very careful with him though cause he is a stallion and they can be tempermental. The other horse we don't really have much to do with cause she is locked in the paddock cause she is a mare and is about too come in season.
We have Briley outside for most of the days now. If its me home by myself we just stay in the fenced patio area until i get some energy which is normally towards the end of the day. When Brent and his mum are home they always take her out into the back yard where all the animals are. I feel so terrible that i don't have the same energy as them. I just can't help it. The outsdie time does Briley the world of good. Some days if we are out there long enough she has her 2 sleeps again.
Briley is still not sleeping through the night comletely. I have come the conculsion that it is the dummy that is the problem. If she wakes up in the night and does'nt have the dummy in her mouth she cries. This happens about 4-5 times a night. Some nights more, so night less. I really need to get rid of the dummy before the new baby comes. She really should be sleeping through by now. Any suggestions???? I read that if you cut the tip off the dummy it irritates them by rubbing on the roof on their mouth and they get rid of it themselves. I will give this a try.
We have been giving Briley a bit more independence at meal times buy letting her feed herself. She can't use a spoon or fork herself though and uses her hands. Does anyone else's bubs use the fork or spoon to feed themselves??? Briley tends to eat more of the meal than she would if we feed it too her which is good. But she does make a giant mess!!
Briley's personality is coming out more and more now. She is a little sh*t stirer!! Has a tendency to make a bee line for the bin even though she know she's not allowed too. When we give her a little smack on her bum she just laughs at us and comes back 3-4 times more after!!! She is a cheeky bugger.
I am sure there is so much more too fill you all in on but i can't remember right now!!! This is a huge post anyways.
Tania - I hope Jayden is ok! Poor little man.
Sorry for the shortness in personals!! With a new thread i can't remember what everyone posted about before. This post is long enough now!!!
I might be MIA a fair bit from now on. I will try and get on everyday if i feel up to it. And if anything happens in the mean time i will let Nat know. And if i can manage it i will try and pop on myself and let you know should anything happen.
Hope you are all well.
Take care.

good to see you are still going strong Sara the next couple of weeks will fly by
-
Sheree ~ I googled that as well and couldn’t find a darn thing! I know what you’re talking about though. Buggar about thinking AF is on her way! And yes I may be organized but have you seen how much time I spend on organization… what I really need to work on is time management hehe!
Tania ~ OMG poor little Jayden is in the wars!!! I hope he’s feeling better!
Shazz ~ LOL @ Ryan looking at you funny! I’m sure Em will do that as well when I change my hair colour yet again!
Sara ~ I cannot believe that you so close to having this baby! It has gone so so fast! Briley sounds like she has so much fun on the farm! Em uses a spoon now and is pretty darn good at it though he has trouble actually scooping stuff onto the spoon. Hope you get some of that energy back soon! Can’t wait to hear an announcement!
I’ve been on hold to Centrelink for ages now – grrrr! Have to work this afternoon but I’ve cleaned the house through and I’m about to start on the study and finances! Have a great afternoon ladies!
-
Archie had a fisher price house, it sounds like what you are describing, got ours from kmart or target at xmas time.
sheree - hoping you are wrong and that u really are UTD, i am getting AF pains on and off, have been for a week, they wre strong last night and today i woke up really bloated but still no AF.....too scared to test JIC its negatiove.
tania - poor jayden!! Hope his face looks better soon!
shazz - porr ryan! i wonder how long it will take for him to get used to you??
sara - not long now, and Briley will have her little buddy!
nat - centrelink are hopeless aren't they, very frustrting. i am not coming to Adelaide anymore, DH is just gonna fly there and back, cheaper and much easier than driving 5 hours with Archie. Shame we won't get to catch up though.
Nothing new happening around here, just a very cheeky chatty little monkey running around causing havoc. AF still hasn't shown up im too scared to test though, its so disheartening to see a bFN.
kim - what CD are you?? It would be fantastic to be belly buddies!
-
fingers crossed elissa wishing you and kim and sheree all the best how exciting i'm in the middle of clearing out all my baby stuff and i tell you it is depressing when Ryan is playing up i try and tell myself enjoy it he is your last little bubba don't get cranky ( it works some of the time lol )
-
I know what you mean Shazz. I've started cleaning out Em's room and sorting through the toys he doesn't use as well. Slightly different for me because I know its not the end of the line for me but who knows when I'll have another (it'll be YEARS at this rate - I'm thinking 5+) and it depresses me because I always wanted to have my kids close together. But I will soldier on!
Ellissa pity you're not coming down! Where abouts are you again?
So who's braving the toy sales again this year??
-
oh definately me Nat i love battling away getting a bargain i do all my christmas shopping at the toy sales nieces and nephews the works

Sorry for the lack of personals I did read though, me is SICK!
I have not been great all week, but I wouldn't say I was sick. Just a terrible irritating cough. I have been up all week till 1.30am doing paperwork and then go to bed and then also trying to attend to Lachlan as he is night waking and ontop of all that I go to bed I and I have this terrible tickle, that makes me cough all night long. Sooo I don't get much sleep. We were meant to go next door last night for tea and they were doing a camp oven cook up, but I chose not too be out in the cold air, thank god I didn't, cause last night for me my cough was worse then ever. All week I have been saying to Wade, have you heard me coughing all week at night, and he says no, and yet a little whimper out of Lachlan he hears, what tha...... Anyway last night I did wake him and he was up getting me a glass of cold water and trying to find some drugs. He came home at 9.40am this morning and I was still in bed and so was Lachlan. Wade had given him his bottle at 6am this morning and put him back to bed with a water bottle, so I didn't hear a whimper out of him, sucking away on that water bottle, he didn't even wake me up. So when Wade got home he dressed lachlan, fed him some yoghurt and took him on the courier run with him. They got home at midday and I was still fast asleep. And to be quite honest I could go back to sleep right now too. I haven't eaten all day and don't even slightly feel hungry, really weird! But I can't really say I am sick of a cold or anything, just miserable and tired. Don't know what the hell is wrong with me. Guess it has all just caught up with me again.
Nite everyone LOL.
-
I was also thinking a cubby house, but aren't they really expensive? I just spent $400 on his activity climbing gym thing and have been investigating prices on those cubby houses and they are even more expensive then that aren't they. I really only wanted to spend another $100 and that should do us till xmas time then.
-
nat - yeah i was looking forward to seeing you, oh well, hopefully some other time, i am in Mount Gambier.
shazz - i always remind myself that there is always the chance that Archie will be my only baby so when he is awful i try and remind myself to enjoy this stage in case i don't get another one, it doesn't always work though!
sheree - maybe u r pg again......
o god have to go my sis turned up........
-
Oh Tania, poor Jayden!!!
Sheree, I really hope not cos we didn't DTD due to arvo shifts anywhere near there....still hopeful but temps took a huge dive today - until then I was really positive :(
Glad you're OK Sara. Was getting worried.
Cool Shazz! When can we see???
Man day shift are taking it out of me - no wonder I prefer nights. At least I get stuff done then.
I won't be doing the toy sales. Kmart down here aren't having the no deposit like they usually do so I'll just buy every so often I think.
-
Kim ~ i would say if your right about having 21 day to your cycle AF will most likey rear her ugly mug but in saying that i may be completely full of crap i think it is well and truly impotant to chart from CD 1 through it will give you a much clearer idea whats happening are you still feeding Darcy? i wonder if the hormones attached to B/feeding contribute to the shorter cycles ?? i remember my ivf doctor saying that if you have a luteal phase that was any shorter then 14 days it would be very difficult to conceive as implantation Needs to take place so many days ( i think from memory 9- 12 ) after O again i don't know whether he was full of crap ... but gees i have everything crossed for you all ( i'm so jealous and excited you get to do it all again )
-
Elissa - somehow I really don't think so, I have been getting AF pain all day!
I think a good nite sleep will do me the world of good. Just watched the DVD failure to launch, gosh I feel all soppy now! What a weird woers me kinda day!
Kim - sperm can live for up to 5 days, you might be right. I am crossing my fingers for you.
Awwwghhh Shazz big hugs and kisses comin ur way :kiss:
-
Well speak of the devil AF is here, god dam it. CD26 too!!!! My cycles are all over the place since having Lachlan, once upon a time I use to have them every 28 days to the hour. I actually thought my cycle had corrected its a little, the last three months I have been 28, 28, 29 and now I am 26 geez, no wonder I can't get pregnant. Oh well when it is meant to be it will be I guess.
On a good note Lachlan is finally saying Mum, well it is a M word and he hasn't ever said any m words too date. I am so happy. And he ate well. I would really love another baby but if it meant that I wasn't meant to have another baby and Lachlan ate well for the rest of his life I would be happy. He has been such a good boy today when mummy was feeling off. I just layed on the lounge and I got lots of cuddles and kisses. I hope Lachlan is a smoocher with his mummy cause his dad never gives me cuddles and kisses.

Hi all
WelL i just picked up Katy from day care and Conjunctivitis. What the?
Best try and find a doctor that may be open. Perhaps we're off to the after hours clinic at the hospital.
Grr
Sara. Great to hear from you. CAn't wait to meet this little person ..
-
I haven't even got a copy of the catalogue!!!
ETA I just found it yay :D
-
Oh no leanne! We had that at our house all the time when i was a kid - I swear Mum must have had shares in Golden Eye Ointment - she swore by the stuff. Let us know how that after hours GP centre is....
Yeah Thanks Shazz, I have to admit, I'm a bit over it all already. I jsut want it now! I did have a bleed last week right when 7days after O would have been, so I'm hoping the therm's broken and that was my good sign....then again prob not :(
-
:hugs: you just never know
-
Nope you're right I don't - and I wish I hadn't told Cam cos now he's at me to test and I don't want a BFN....
Where my photos by the way - I showed you mine.
-
Sheree: Nah I never get a chance to really…….very very occasionally I’ll log on as me otherwise Chris’s account is always logged in. Bugger about AF!! When I saw how tired you were I thought for sure you were PG, maybe it is just all the late nights, stress etc catching up……rest up as much as you can so you don’t get sick again!! YAY for Lachie saying Mum!
Shazz: Oooo new hair!! Would love to see pics! Jayden looks at me funny when I have the towel around my head. I haven’t had a drastic colour change with Jayden yet, but I got my hair cut on Saturday and he was playing with my hair like he noticed it was different. That’s sad that you are packing up baby things for the last time, I get sad packing up Jayden’s things but I know eventually I will have another……..Why don’t you have just one more hehe.
Sara: Great to hear from you! Good to see you are resting as much as you can! Briley is happy just to be outside with you I’m sure, it doesn’t matter if you can’t run around with her…..she has daddy for that and mummy to relax with….soon she will have mummy and bubby to relax with! I can’t believe there is only a few weeks to go! Gosh that has gone so quick (for me at least hehe).
Nat: Time management is something I need to really work on….I get so unmotivated when I know I have a lot to do most of the time. I’ll be going to the toy sales of course haha can’t miss a bargain! Although with the house I have in mind I will have to be very conservative with money for a while. I am on Realestate.com all the time looking and dreaming…its almost an obsession haha
Elissa: Fingers are crossed for you too that you get a :bfp:
Vic: How have you been? I’ll be down SC at my SIL’s baby shower on the 18th Aug, I will probably be busy that weekend but we should catch up another time I’m down there. I am planning on going down a lot more often when the baby is born…..I am so excited for her!
Kim: When are you testing? Fingers are still crossed for you! I was annoying Chris with TTC for a while there but I have backed off lately because of the house thing……no new baby will fit in this house.
Leanne: Hope Kaitlyn is ok…..did you get into a Doc or afterhours?
I emailed a few photos of Jayden’s face…Elissa I don’t have your email address so I could send them to you…..I think I have everyone elses. Thanks for the well wishes…..Jayden is doing fine, but daddy on the other hand isn’t doing as well. The fall yesterday really scared him I think, I told him you won’t do anyone any good to panic. He called his mums house today checking up on Jayden, not sure if he thinks Jayden will have permanent damage or not but after how little he has been involved with Jayden (mainly in the beginning) I am happy he is so concerned!
Well this was meant to be a quick post but as if I could do one of those haha…..I’m off to bed now
Nighty night!
oxoxox

well i tested tonight and got BFN (naturally!) so a bit bummed as it means my cycles are back to being totally screwed again, oh well i guess if i can do it once then surely i can do it again, eventually!
kim - so know what u mean about not wanting to get BFN i held out as long as i could and stil got the blasted BFN, hoping hoping hoping you get ur BFP!
shazz - thanks again (i did reply to you in my thread in conception), you are a very kind and thoughtful person and you helped to lift my spirits again tonight.
tania - how do i give you my email address?? do i just post it here, or ??not very internet savvy as you can tell......my DH gets quite panicky and overprotective at times with Archie as well, at least we know they care.
-
Yep We got to the doctors.
That after hours clinic at Nepean Hospital is fantastic. Totally recommend it.
But you have to get there right on 8 or the wait is like a med centre.
definately Conj. and she has a school sore on her thumb. So mark's off today with her while I go to work. (no more sick days for me :( )
Speakin of which I better get my A into G or I will miss the train.
One good thing though. DH cleaned out the garage on the weekend so both cars fit in so no more demister and no more bottles of cold water over the windscreen in the mornings! Just have to reverse without hitting anything and all will be sweet!
-
Elissa: I just sent you a PM, first time i have done it so i hope it worked
Leanne: Poor Katy! School sores are yukky! Jayden didn't worry about his it just looks bad.....Hope the conj and SS clear up soon!
-
OMG I lost you guys again!!!!! I kept thinking, wow no new posts cause I haven't had any emails where is everyone? LOL all I can say is I used to be blonde!! (and I have 3kids) School holidays ATM, I am still in my pjs! Riley is playing with Jess and her friend and Erin and her friend are upstairs so its all good (both girls had a friend over for a sleepover last night)
I won't do personals cause there's so much to catch up on, but I hope everyone is well and all babies are behaving themselves HA HA!! (Riley is into everything atm especially the bin)
-
Tania, he's lovely even with a banged up face!!
heheh typing with my head twisted to my knee so Darcy can brush my hair....
Oh no Leanne. How long does she have to stay off school for??/ grrr if she gets it from there, they should have a quarantine area and look after her - not have to pay to keep her at home...
Does any one elses baby had favourite ads on the telly? ATM if any insurance ad, the Cadbury's ad or the Priscilla Musical ad comes on - no matter what it is Darcy stops what she's doing and watches from wherever she is. We stood in front of her yesterday and she got indignant and moved lol.
Oh and I'm so over reading "Hooray for fish" but it's her favourite book....
-
Riley can recognise a cadbury wrapper from a mile away!
-
christine - Archie can recognise the cadbury wrappers too, even just the sound of then if we are trying to secretly eat it!
kim - Archie has fav ads too, cadbury is one of them., if you stand in front of him he grunts and moves around you.
leanne - good that you don't have to worry about icey windscreen anymore, hope your good at backing out of the shed!
tania - i will try and see if i can work out how to get the pm.......
Archie is whingey again today, i think he is just bored, DH on day shift 5-5 this week so we are stuck inside all day without a car, and it is raining all the time so we can't really go to the park either. He is in bed now, doubt he'll sleep though, but it stops him whinging at me for a while!
