Hi ladies.
Sorry havent had a chance to catch up so will do personals once I get some time.
Mikayla had her vaccs on Tuesday night and did really well. She was fine with the first jab then only cried for a few seconds after the second one. Her temp went up to 37.1 but after some panadol it went down again. Apart from being very clingy the next day she's been fine. We had an appt with the paed on Tuesday too and he said not to worry about her not having the rota virus vaccination. He said that there are many other virus's that cause gastro and even though it would lessen her chance of getting it there was no guarentee that she wouldnt - though he did say that our GP should have offered it to us anyway! AND she's now right on average with her weight so we wont have to go back and see him again unless her reflux gets worse (he's leaving it up to us to wean her off her reflux meds when we think she's ready) YAY!!!
Oh and she's discovered her feet!!! Its so cute, she sits there with a foot in each hand and just stares at them
Hope all mum and bubs are doing well and enjoying the warm weather xx

What a week Mackenzie and I have had! Kenzies arm has completely healed and she is using it 100% - that was a bit of a scare! The sling is off and we are all good now!
My breastfeeding is becomming more and more difficult, I am only feeding on 1 side and my surgeon said at my checkup that I need to wean her because I have developed an abscess and she needs to go on formula. Really sad about this, not sure I will take her advice just yet. I might give it a few more weeks to heal and see if I can dry the affected side up ... not sure how to .. but I'll try anything to keep BFing her .. she loves the booby!
Kenzie is now sitting up unassisted We have had a few face plants on the floor but now she quite a confident sitter! Thats something for the baby book (if I ever get around to writing in it!!!) She is beginning to now throw tantrums when I put her down for her daily sleep .. sleep time is so stresful for us and I have tried everything but nothing seems to work except laying next to her while feeding her to sleep.
Teepee: Fantastic news about Mikaylahs weight, it's great when you get good news isnt it. KEnzie has discoveredher feet too! Sometimes they are little contortionists! (sp?)
I'll try to keep up with this new thread ... I have just had such a hectic week that I havent caught up with the old thread.
*hugs* to all the June mummies and bubs.

Hi everyone
Diana had one of her vaccinations yesterday (for some reason they missed the rota virus one at her 2 month session). So she is now all up-to-date. She was such a brave girl and didn't even cry or anything. I've been diagnosed with PND, which I suppose os a good thing, as I really felt like I was going mad the past few weeks. I have been ordered to take at least 3 days off work, which I am going to do.
Last night Diana and I went out to dinner with my sister and her firends for a girls night. It was quite good to go out, dress up and do something grown-up for a change. Diana was a very good girl, although I expected that she would sleep sometime during the evening, but only managed about half an hour. Oh well, she is still asleep now, so that's good.
Today I woke up with an extremely sore tooth (It was kind of sore yesterday, but I thought it would go away), so I am off to find a doctor or dentist that is open today. Why do these things have to happen on a Sunday?
I just read over the posts in the last thread and Diana seems to be a really tiny bub. She's 5 months tomorrow, 65cm long and weighs 6kg.
Jen - what happened to Kenzie? Glad to hear that she's okay.
Tina - Diana has found her feet too. It is very cute.
Debbie - I am studying Education Leadership. I just got my last assignment back for the year. I barely passed, but passed nonetheless. What about you?
-
Zofia - Kenzie was playinh with my DD#1 and rolled her over .. her arm got caught and bent in ways an arm shouldnt bend :( She scream and wouldnt move her arm I ended up having to get an xray and visit the pead. He put her arm in a sling for 4 days. All better now was a bit og a scare!
 Sorry to hear you have PND :( But at least its been diagnosed and is treatable ... so many women go undetected. We're all here for a chat at BB anytime you need to talk. The tooth ache always ahppens to me on a sunday aswell ... it murphys law!
-
Quick hi ladies! xx
Starfish - I agree with Jen - we're all here for you lovely! xx :grouphug:
Naomi54 - the dummy scenario made me have a good laugh!! That is so adorable!
Jen - I do hope the bf works out for you seeing as you really want to go ahead with it. Thinking of you! Have you contacted the ABA?? They might be able to give you some helpful advice and a stack load of support...........xx
Teepee2 - that's so great about Mikayla's weight! And how precious her finding her feet! DD hasn't yet but I have introduced her to them which got a good chuckle! LOL!!
Well DD#1 had her party yesterday - it was so great! She had an absolute ball and went nuts!! :D And omg!! How great are girls toys these days?!?! I think I'm going to have just as much fun! Hahahaha!
Only boohoo moment was when she opened her gifts from IL's and they had bought her what we already had (we didn't give gifts to DD til her actual bday which was today) and our friends bought her a bigger version of the other gift we had gotten for her  Thankfully we already had some Christmas stock on hand and she loved it, thank goodness!! Couldn't believe it though and still feel a little disappointed as I always wanted to give her her firsts - you know like "first doll" (friends did), "first dolls house" (great grand parents did) and "first pram" (IL's did) .... man I'm on a bad streak  not that DD knows, she's just in toy heaven! :D
Oh and DD#2 was sick all day with a temp and wouldn't sleep and fed 3 hourly on the dot and then I slept on her bedroom floor last night as her sniffles kept waking her up, poor hun!
But a lovely relaxing day today thankfully! I love disposable stuff and dishwashers!! Makes cleaning up so pain free
Oops! Can hear DD#2 now so might go pop in........ hope you are all healthy and having a lovely night. Have a fab week girls!
Mwa!!

Hi Ladies,
Just quick before i head out to do food shopping. Ive updated Lachies website, but not right up til now.
Have a squizz if your interested.
When i get the cable for my ph to comp i'll download all those pics!!They are the more recent ones! I'll get that sometime this week.
-
Awww Naomi, he's so cute! He looks like such a happy, relaxed little bubby!!
How are you going Starfish? Thinking of you love
Well, probably should get some sleep when I have the chance- but there's always so much I want to try and achieve when the girls are in noddy land..............oops, ok so DD#2 isn't quite there yet...............better dash!
Take care, bbl lovlies!
Mwa!!
-
Naomi - very cute photos. He's one good looking little boy. I've updated Diana's photos recently too. And put our wedding pictures under family albums.
Charly - thanks for thinking of me. Having a day off yesterday was great. Diana and I slept in until about 9:00am. So good. This morning we both woke up at about 6 though. Thankfully she's gone back to sleep now.
Anyway, better be off and check the rest of my emails before heading off to my first ABA meeting this morning. Hope you all have a great day.
-
Hi Girls,
Starfish - Bet that lie in made you feel loads better yesterday ;) Sleep is a great healer isn't it.
Jen - Glad Kenzie is on the mend, bless her. We were saying the other day I wonder what Lewis's first big accident will be and how sad it will be for us when he starts hurting himself:(
Charly - Party sounded great. Do you have IL like me that don't check what presents to buy and then end up buying the same as you? FIL just told me he bought Lewis a walker for xmas, I said well I hope you kept the receipt!
Naomi - The photos are great. Does Lachie like the tigger bouncer? I have got Lewis one for Xmas.
Well Lewis has decided to stop rolling this week! DH has been waiting for him to do it and he hasnt done it in days. Mind you he caught his first cold this week so has been a bit under the weather.
He has got a new talent though and it's very cute! When I sing 'You are my sunshine', he hums along! Well it's more like a mmmm than a hum but it's really cute, his chin is up in the air like he's really making an effort!
Apart from that he is really off his milk and will go crazy after his first half a bottle. He smacks the bottle and squeals if I put it anywhere near him. I'm not sure if it is because of his cold because he seems much better today but still wouldn't drink much.
-
MumofLewis - good call on getting FIL to keep receipt!! Its funny how it feels as though my ILs ask when its not important (to only me of course ;)) and then its like they have a sixth sense that it might be important so don't ask....... Too confusing :p Thankfully the girls will get their chrissy gifts from us before any one else! I hope that Lewis feels 100% really soon too. Its so yucky when bubbies have colds isn't it? DD#2 has just gotten over her first real cold in the past day or two and it was so not fun for any of us! Hope he gets stuckback into his tucka too!! xx
Starfish - awwwwww! Diana is a sweetheart! And you looked so pretty on your wedding day!! :confetti: and so YAY on getting that sleep in!! That deserves :confetti: for sure!!!!
Just gave DD#1 a bath - oh my, really does my head in as she hates water on her face and starts before I have even had a chance to get a strand of hair wet!! I really don't have time to spend a whole hour just to get her through the bath......DH is trying to give me all these tips to guide and train her through it but it really is doing my head in...........I'm not patient like he is  I think I'll leave her baths up to him from now on for the sake of DD & me!
But on a much lighter fun note - had such a fun chuckle session with DD#2 today - she really got herself into a good laughter moment - and all because mummy was being an absolute twit, as you do (oh you know you do!! LOL!) We also put DD#2 in the jolly jumper for the first time today, she thought it was fabulous! Big sister was so helpful and kept wanting to help her jump, hehehe. We got some lovely video of the two of them. :heartbeat:
Okeedokee, time for dinner, take care all

Hi girls!!!
Well it has been quite a while and looks like i have a lot of reading and catching up to do!
We moved house and living in the sticks it took us 2 months to get a telephone connected so we could get dial - up *sigh* as you cant get ADSL here!! rah.....
LIttle miss Ashley is growing up fast, rolling onto her belly, having 4 Bf's + Dreamfeed during waking hours, no longer fed over night and having solids twice a day.... i hope i am doing the right thing as i have no idea!!
She isnt crawling yet and no teeth... still waiting for those. :) all that drool must mean something.
We had her baptised in brisbane last month and she got to meet all her great grandparents which is nice.. we have decided to drive to brisbane for xmas down there with the 2 dogs... so will be a long 13 hour drive hehe.
Hope to catch up soon!!

Hi girls! I'm so excited I just had to pop in really quickly to share!!! :happyforyou:
As you all know, we've started Elimination Communication with Caeleb (nappy free baby). For the past week, he's been weeing on people when they change his nappy (And laughs his head off... this really wicked little giggle). After about a minute of having his nappy off, he wees. So, tonight, we took his nappy off and held him over the bathroom basin. Nothing... thinking, thinking. Turned on the tap a little to give that running water sounds and BINGO! ONE WEE!!! WOO HOO CAELEB!!! Let's hope this is the beginning of something wonderful!
Okay, one happy Mum signing out!
Celsie. xoxox
-
I have to share on saturday my boy said his first word MUM, he says it all the time now!! I cant believe it, he loves that when he says it and actually wants me it gets my attention, he even says it when he gets angry aswell!!
He is just growing up way to fast!!
Zofia: Diana is gorgeous and so are you in your wedding pics!!
Sarah: Yes he loves his tigger bouncing thing, he has had it since he was about 2months old, and loves it every time he is in it, although he hasnt figured out how to bounce, just kinda twirls around in it lol
Princessmya: Sounds like Ashley is growing up rather fast, and sounds like your doing a great job!!
Sarah: CONGRATULATIONS Caeleb, thats great news to hear, and how adorable that he evily laughs when he pees on people LOL
Arnt our bubs just growing up way to fast???
-
oh sorry Charly i must of missed your post
that sounds very cute in regards to being able to get video footage of both of them. Luckily i dont have that problem with Lachie, he loves his bath from head to toe, and loves splashing, sometimes he wont evn close his eyes when water gets in them!! lol, hopefully she will grow out of it sooner then later so you can enjoy bath time with her.
But even better if DH does it LOL!!
-
Hi ladies
Hope your all doing well.
Things here have been plodding along. Mikayla is slowly getting closer to crawling and she chews madly on her dummy so I suspect there may be a tooth on its way. I thought it may be a bit early but one of the little girls in our playgroup has just had a tooth cut through and she is only a week older than Mikayla so who knows.
Just got a call from DH. He's had a stitch in his side since last night which has gotten worse (to the point where he was struggling to put his seat belt on!) He went to see our GP who sent him to get a heart scan straight away. He's just waiting for the results now and will then have to take them right back to the GP. I wanted to meet him over there but of course he told me it isnt necessary and that I should wait at home with Mikayla and he'll call me when he gets the results. He seemed pretty calm but I dont know whether he was just putting on a brave face for me! I'm starting to get a little worried - I always think of the worst!!
Better go but will try to BBL.
Take care xx
-
Oh Tina - HUGE HUGS!!! :hugs:
I'm sure DH will be okay. And if it is bad news, he's in the best place to treat it. Let us know how he goes.
Celsie & Caeleb. xoxox
-
Tina big hugs to you sweetie
Like Sarah said he is in the best place to be treated if its bad news, but Im sure he is fine, i think its in built with us to always assume the worst and hope for the best iykwim
Keep us updated
Mikayla isnt to young to get a tooth, as you would know some babies are even born with them, how cute with her almost crawling, they just seem to grow so fast.......
Take Care xoxo
-
oh and just one more quick thing.....
sarah: Hope you can make it to the sa xmas meet up, would love to catch up with you again and meet your cheeky little man!!
-
oh and i just realised too, that Charlyfrog you live in Adelaide to, you should come along to the SA xmas meet up, it'll be lovely to meet you and the girls.
-
Hi ladies.
Sarah & Naomi - thanks for the kind words xx
DH apparently has a bad chest infection around the heart. His heart scans came up normal which is great but he has been given strong antibiotics and was told to go straight to the hospital if the pain gets any worse. No doubt I'll have a sleepless night worrying about him tonight but hopefully he will start to feel better soon.
Thanks again girls
-
Hi Tina, hope he gets better soon, that's all a bit worrying isn't it? Thinking of you all.
-
Hi,
Tina - Hope DH gets well soon. At least they have caught it quickly so hopefully he will recover soon enough.
Princess Mya - Great to hear from you again!
This is a question for bottle feeders, has anyone had trouble changing teat sizes? Lewis has only been drinking half of his bottles for the last week or so and I thought maybe he needs the next size up as he is still on Avent size 2. But when I put him on size 3 he throws up his whole feed, even though they are recommended for 3 months and above. But if I keep him on size 2 he drinks alot slower and doesn't want to finish a bottle. Does anyone have any ideas??
I saw santa at Westfield today. I might take Lewis tomorrow for his photo.:)
BTW he has also found his feet and his ears!! Very cute!
-
Naomi54 - ooh! might pop into the SA thread then to get details coz that would be fun! I have snuck a peak every now and then at the thread and I did see some girls talking about Snakes and Ladders and I take my girls there too - I'm just a little nervous and shy I think........hehehe :)
Feathertop - was only thinking of you last night :) How are you going? Are you all healthy now? Oh and how is your friend going with her feeding coz she was struggling with bf wasn't she? Did it resolve itself in the end?
Teepee2 - oh thinking of you lovely!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was only a few months back that I had to rush DH to hospital with a horrid bout of flu and my gut and heart hurt from worry! He was all fine in the end after a brief hospital stay but it does nothing for the nerves!!! Sending you a million !!!!! xx
MumofLewis - too cute finding his feet and ears!! I would love to take my girls to see Santa but not sure how DD#1 will handle it so we'll see
PrincessMya - So good to hear from you again! Your little one sounds like she is going so well! Are you all settled now?
-
Hi everyone
Tina - hope your DH gets better soon. And Mikayla could be teething. I think Diana is only a few days older and she is already getting her second tooth!
Naomi - thanks for your comments re mine and Diana's photos. :)
Celsie - yay for the nappy free training. We have been doing it with Diana since she was about 4 weeks old and she now wees in the potty regularly and sometimes we even catch a poo. A couple of times we even took her nappy off, found that it was clean, put her on the potty, she did a wee and/or poo and then we could put the same nappy back on her (twice in four months, but an impressive effort still, I think). Hope it goes well for you too.
Hi to everyone else.
Well, I was back at work today after a few days off for pnd. Had a cruisy day, so so far, so good. Diana has decided that sleep is for losers. The past few days she hasn't slept much during the day at all and tonight I put her to bed at around her usual bedtime, only to have her eyes open as soon as I put her in the cot and the sooking to start soon after I left the room. After a few minutes I took her out and sat her on the couch in front of the TV. She lasted about 10 minutes, then tipped over and fell asleep all scrunched up. So cute. Luckily I was able to put her in the cot without waking her up.
-
Just a quickie - Tina - i hope your DH gets better soon..
BBL to post more!
-
Thanks Debbie. Happy Birthday for yesterday :confetti:
-
Hey Tina, hope DH gets rid of the nasty infection soon, so you rest at ease a bit more.
mumoflewis: Lachlan still on size 2 teats, sometimes he'll take his time drinking but thats just the way he is. Ive only recently changed him to size 2 teats, but one bottle still has a size 1 teat, and he still drinks that fine. Prehaps just give him the larger teats on a feed where you know he is hungry, or sit him up a bit more so its not coming out as fast iykwim?
Zofia: Lachlan is the same.....sleep?? what for, i need no sleep im a grown up now !! LMAO He'll only have a max of an hour sleep at 1 sleep time during the day most of the time its either no sleep or 1/2hr sleep, and he will have maybe 3 sleeps a day.
My little man is sick, got a sniffly/ runny nose, and half clingy, his sleeping and feeding all over the place, although he still sleeping most of the night, even if it ends up being in our bed lol. He currently in is Jolly Jumper whinging calling num num.....mum mum and then one loud mum til i look at him and he is happy lol
BBL
-
Hi,
Starfish - Lewis isn't going to sleep at bedtime anymore either! He just lies there for up to half an hour playing with his feet and taking his dummy out and then putting it back in...his eye! I don't mind though because it means I can start story time now because he would just be asleep before when i tried to read to him!
Naomi - Oh that's good to know about the teat sizes. I don't think I'll bother with the size 3 then. It's obviously only a guideline.
I actually took Lewis to the GP this morning because he only drank 60mls when he woke up which is usually his biggest feed so I was getting worried as he just isn't drinking enough. Anyway he says there is no ear or throat infection and is probably just a bit under the weather due to having a cold. He also said not to give him Demazin even though the pharmacist recommended it to me. Silly man:rolleyes:
Anyway, off to find Santa this arvo!
-
Hi,
Lewis saw Santa! It brought tears to my eyes!
The photo is in the photo gallery if anyone wants to see:
password: password
email: sarahchance2002@yahoo.com.au
-
Sarah that photo is so gorgeous - which Westfields was it taken at???
That man looks just like the real Santa - you can even see the twinkle in his eye :P
-
I know, I secretly think it was the real Santa, his beard was real and everything!
It was taken at Eastgardens. I'm so glad I didn't go to Bondi Junction now, thier Santa looked about 16!
-
Oh Sarah - that photo is just the best!!! So so cute!!! :D
I hadn't even thought about taking Caeleb to go see Santa, but I will now! HOW GORGEOUS!!!
He DOES look real you know. I wish we had him in Adelaide. Caeleb would grab hold on that beard with two hands and pull! LOL
Tina - how's DH doing now? Feeling any better?
Celsie. xoxox
-
Well its off to Eastgardens we go then - we have to have a photo with that Santa!!!
Celsie DH is feeling a bit better but still in a lot of pain. If he isnt ok by Monday then he has to go in for more tests - hopefully that wont be necessary though.
We put up our Christmas tree today. A little early I know but if I dont get these things done when I think of them time will just slip away from me.
Take care xx
-
Hi guys, sorry haven't posted much recently, still haven't quite shaken this bug. My temp is normal and throat and chest fine, but still have infected sinuses. Haven't taken any more antibiotics as I figure the worst is over, this bit is just hanging on longer. Thanks for thinking of me Charly!
Oh yes, my friend and her bf worries. Well, she's been feeding her solids for some time now, rice cereal and veges, and she has also put on onto some formula, one bottle a day I think. It's a bit of a shame for her as I think she really wanted to continue exclusive bf but at least she's feeling more relaxed now which is good.
Well, Angus is going well, rolling like crazy and even trying to crawl. He puts his head down, bum up and pushes himself forward with his feet. He manages to turn himself around easily on the spot, and has moved off the play rug a couple of times. He's even looking at the furniture like he wants to pull up on it!!! Scary, now I'll have to baby proof the house already! He doesn't have any teeth, and isn't interested in anything other than boobies, which is fine by me. He has been feeding more and for longer the last week, one extra feed a day, and two feeds of up to an hour going between both sides and back to the first. Man, that's hard work! Still sleeping very well which is excellent. We went out to a Christmas party and left him at a friends house with a babysitter, of course he fed and went straight to sleep and they didn't have to do anything at all! Perfection! Angus enjoys sitting up on my lap and playing with the tv remote now too, such a boy.
I've been slack about exercise recently, it's been so hot that I really can't face going out. When it wasn't hot, it was raining! But at least I still do the belly dance classes which is excellent exercise. How's everyone else going with this?
Oh yeah, and daytime sleep - what's that? If I'm lucky he'll have one sleep for maybe 1.5 hrs, some days almost no day sleep at all. Ah well, never mind. He's obviously growing his brain nicely with all the stimulation!
Oh - and we think he has (kinda) said his first words - Ummy, Addy, and Geggie (my husbands name is Greg and I always call him Greggie)!!!!! YAY!!!!
-
Hi everyone
This weekend was Diana's first holiday away. My sister, Diana and I went down to Kiama for a girls' weekend. We walked around the town, did some shopping and saw the blowhole yesterday. Was kind of disappointed with the blowhole - it wasn't blowing much, but we saw the "little blowhole", which was a lot more impressive. I don't think Diana cared much either way. We stayed the night with some of my sister's friends, which was lovely. Diana decided that not only did she not need sleep during the day, she also didn't need to sleep at night. I swear, she was up until almost midnight! I think she missed her daddy, as she would keep looking at the doorway as if waiting for someone to come in.
This morning we went to the beach, and Diana hated it.The sound of the surf scared her and the water was too cold for her to even dip her feet in. :( I tried to get her into a little lagoon thing, but even that was too cold. I decided that I might try taking her to the beach again next year. Before then, it probably wouldn't be much fun for either of us.
Woo hoo for me - I am no longer working, but will be paid until the end of the year! I am taking the time until then as sick/stress leave. I am glad that it worked out this way, although wish that I had gone to the doctor to get the pnd diagnosed sooner, before I had started acting completely insane at work.
Feathertop - Wow about the talking! That is so awesome! Diana has been making sounds too. When we put her on the potty, she seems to say "ghee" a lot, and I sometimes wonder if she is trying to say "wee" (or if its just a coincidence...).
Mum of Lewis - Great photo. So cute.
Tina - hope your DH gets better.
Hi to everyone else. Hope you've all had a great weekend.
-
hi everyone
sorry we haven't been around much but I've been flat out organising jackson's child care for 2008 and sorting things for our trip to NZ in less than 3 weeks
we got Jackson's santa photo at DJ's in the city last week - it was pretty expensive but one of my friend's is working as a santa assistant so I promised her we'd go there - its in my gallery if you want a look
Jackson is now onto solid food - omg talk about a duck to water he loves it - he's only having about a tbsp of rice cereal and banana once a day but I think I'll start to give him a bit more as he just about pull the spoon out of my hand and feeds himself its too cute
Tina - hope your DH is getting better - thinking of you all - my DH ha only been in hospital once since we've been together but it was a horrible experience to see someone you love in pain so big hugs to you all
are any of the sydney mums and bubs interesested in a pre-Christmas meet up???\
sorry I haven't done anymore personal messages I'm thinking of you all and sending lots of Christma hugs your way
Love mel
-
Thanks Mel. DH is feeling much better now. I think alot of it had to do with stress.
Mikayla is now back on solids and loving it!! I can see a big difference from when we first tried it - she now opens her mouth and leans in towards the spoon so all is progressing perfectly!
Mel a meet up sounds good to me. Just let me know when and where.
-
Hi everyone,
Hope you are all well.
Mel - Love Jackson's photo! He looks really relaxed there with Santa!
I just dropped Lewis at my MIL and went swimming, it was really nice and relaxing. I've decided to go once or twice a week as it's just around the corner from her. There's a little cafe there to so I've decided to swim and then sit and have a juice and relax a little on my own! Makes a nice change to walking, I swear I've walked every street for miles in the last 4 months!
My SIL is 12 weeks pregnant which is nice for me because it's like being pregnant again without the symptoms! I always dreaded her getting pregnant before me as it took me 2 years to conceive and she is one of those me, me, me girls, i wouldn't have been able to stand hearing her constantly talking about it. So it has all worked out well and Lewis will have a younger cousin in June.
Well I've handed out all my home made xmas cards and wrapped all my presents and it's still November! This stay at home Mum thing is pretty good hey! I think I need to go back to work, seems I have too much time on my hands!
Anyway Mel and Teepee, I would love to catch up before Xmas, just let me know the details. Only day I couldn't do would be a Monday.
-
Hi everyone
Sydney mums - I think there are a few of us meeting on the 10th of December (I think). I'll check the thread and confirm. All welcome to come along. :)
Tina - glad to hear that your DH and Mikayla are both doing well.
Mel - love the photo. I am wondering whether I should do something similar for Diana, but I am not sure if I can afford it. It would be a nice memory though. Decisions, decisions... Where abouts in NZ are you going? We're going to Wellington for Christmas.
Mum of Lewis - yay for your free time. What's your secret?? I never seem to have the time to get anything done... :(
Diana went swimming in a pool for the first time today. Unlike the sea, she seemed to enjoy it. Yay.
Are any of you waiting the full six months before giving your bubs solids? Diana seems ready and interested in solid food, but I am reluctant to give her anything before 6 months as I have been told not to by MCHN. Not sure what the right thing to do is... I think I will wait a few more weeks until she is 6 months and start then...
