WOW!!! Me first and I am in a different timezone :p
Promise I will catch up with personals soon. Just still feeling like crap, this m/s is outta control and I have a cold to top it off!!!
Noah stood unassisted yesterday for about 4 seconds. I was so proud!!! That is about all the news. Will try to catch up over the next few days!
-
:cheer: for Noah!! Sorry you are still not feeling well hun - fingers crossed your m/s passes quickly and you get over your cold.
 Dan and D - best of luck for next month ladies.
Welcome back Shell - sounds like you had a great time!
:hello: everyone else - Im off to finish writing some reports, arrgggh they are due Friday so bring it on - can't wait to get them out of the way.
Izzy is better although she face planted again last night because she was running, and had a blood lip and nose. The nose freaked me out but didn't last too long thank goodness. No wonder I look frazzled all the time with her scaring me like that constantly.
Ok back later!
-
Woo hoo for Noah! :D Hope the m/s passes soon......
Tan good luck with the rest of the reports, nearly done! Poor Izzy face planting :( Ellie runs as well and yesterday ran straight into the wall because she was looking up while running  Luckily no damage but gave her a big shock! (and me too lol!)
Welcome back Shell, your trip sounds like it was a lot of fun!
I need to buy Elena some new shoes already - her first pair only lasted 6 weeks and now they are getting tight! Does anyone know where to get nice shoes that don't cost the earth? I need to get a fairly dressy pair for her to wear to a wedding but the ones I like were $70 and I don't really want to spend that much when they probably won't fit for very long. Any ideas?
Well better go, have 2 more hours of work today and then I'm done for the week woo hoo!!!
-
Hello everyone!!
Sarah - I hope the ms passes for you soon hun!! I had terrible ms that lasted the whole preg, so I hope it goes away!!!
Tan - did you get all your reports done? Your belly is getting huge too!!!! My God, I almost dies when I seen your belly shots, you look fantastic!!! Poor Izzy, Angus always has bruises all over him cause his little legs move too fast for him to keep up!!! God love em!!!
Lis - have you tried k-mart for shoes? They had the most gorgeous new shoes in the other day when was there, they had like little ballet slipper type things for girls sooo cute! They have playgro and fisher price ones i think. Got Angus some cute little leather navy shoes. Think they were like $20. Good Luck!!
Anyway, bettter get moving, am making pizzas for dinner for state of origin!!! GO QLD!!
-
GO THE BLUES!!!
(any non Qlders and Nswers feel free to have no idea what we're on about!!)
-
Dan and Danni - sorry about your news. Crossing everything for you both for next month.
Lis - I've got nice shoes for Izzy from David Jones, Big W and Pumpkin Patch so far (I'm a bit of a shoe freak so Izzy is too - she doesn't have a choice in it!!) Don't think I've spent more than $15 on any one pair so far.
Tan - I hope Izzy is feeling better very soon and you get your reports done. It really is scary how they throw themselves around isn't it. Poor little poppet.
Sarah - sorry about the M/S. It really does suck doesn't it. Whoever invented the saying that women glow during pregnancy was obviously a man. Noah is such a clever little man.
Shell and Ash - you girls need to barrack for a real sport!! Of course it could be worse - you could both be Dockers supporters . . .
Had my grandmother's funeral yesterday. Glad to have it over and done with and hopefully finalising her estate won't be a big deal - especially if my git of an uncle can behave himself! Elena gave me my first 6 hour feed break on Monday night. She fed at 11pm and then again at 5.20 am and then still have a 4 hour gap after that. Bliss! Unfortunately last night was back to 2.5 hours so I'm very tired today. Izzy unfortunately is really upsetting me at the moment. DH can be taking her up to bed and he'll bring her to me to say goodnight and she won't come to me for a cuddle and literally pushes me away. I've ended up in tears so many times. I feel as if she couldn't care less whether I'm around or not and its breaking my heart. When we had people over yesterday after the funeral she kept coming to me for cuddles so I think part it is that she's punishing me for spending so much time with Elena, but I just wish she'd stop. Definitely a down side to having children close together - or maybe just to having more than one child.
-
yay for noah!!! Mason has been doing it for the last week now but no steps forward.... I cant wait for him to walk.
He has been so demanding. Yesterday I had the day from hell and couldnt stop crying or screaming at him. I felt like such a horible person let alone mother. He just constantly whinges (loudly) and climbs all over me, scratches me, pinches me, and literally hurts me.
the worst part is he only does it to me. He never does it to his aunties, grandma or even dale! i dont get it.
Thank god today is day care day. better run
love you all xx
-
Shell and Lulu - we do know what you are on about, but we don't care!! Not sure why it's even played down here when everyone knows AFL is the only real football sport worth watching! :)
Lulu  Glad the funeral went well (as far as funerals go) and yay for Elena giving you a break! Im trying to make the most of m 12 hour a night sleeper right now. I was at my co-workers place til 11 last night and we finally finished them all! :hooray: Izzy is just adjusting sweety and there will always be times that they fight for your attention - even when they are 19 and 20 ;) Thing is, you love them both equally and as they grow and learn they will see that. I know it must be hard though - that is my biggest fear right now - if my VBAC fails (which it WON'T) but if it did and I end up having another c/s, the thought of not being able to pick up Izzy for 6 weeks kills me.
Lis - I have bought all of Izzys shoes at either Kmart or Target and one dressy pair from Pumpkin Patch - they are gorgeous little ballet slippers in a pink metallicy colour.
:hello: everyone else! Im having major issues with my computer at the moment - stupid worm came through from a friend on msn - not a virus but its a severe PITA. Everything is running slow and I can't run msn :(
I have to work today too and didn't get to bed til almost midnight after working on reports with my co-worker. On the up side - touch wood I have a bit of a cough still but am feeling alot better so this had better be the end of our sickies in this house! Ok Im off have a great day all!
ETA - Double post with Danni! cheeky little M! Make the most of him not walking hun!! Trust me once they start there is no going back and you won't get a minutes peace! Although we love our Dora couch and bad mummy puts on a Wiggles DVD to get some peace and quiet!!
-
*Moping around today after the absolute THRASHING Nsw got last night*
Boo to Gayfl too lol I just do NOT get that game whatsoever.
Not much to report here except Blake slept in a bed last night, has done on 2 seperate occasions with no problems (sleeps through) but he fell off and got stuck with pillows all around him 3 TIMES last night!!! Luckily he resettled and was fine but didn't stop the mumma guilt!!!
He's having full on conversations with anything and everything, but he STILL isn't saying anything properly except mum and dad...is anyone else's bubba just saying this or is everyone's kids saying hello and things like I know M is???
-
Ok thanks guys think I'll check out big w and pumpkin patch - just been to kmart and they didn't have anything in her size.
D - yeah enjoy the non walking phase while its here lol!Its a whole new ball game when they are up and running.
Ash you're right I have no clue what you are on about, at first I thought you meant the AFL team Carlton lol! Clearly not!
Lulu it must be so hard when Izzy rejects you but remember that having a little sister is a big adjustment for her, I'm sure it will get better as she gets older and understands more!
Tan so glad you are feeling better!
Hey to everyone else, sorry not going to do anymore personals as my computer is being so slow for some reason and I"ve already lost one post ggggrrrrrrrrr. Hope you are all well!
Double post Ash! Elena says quite a few words ( I think about 8 at last count) but I wouldn't worry hun, he will say more when he is ready and I'm sure that isn't far away!
-
Sarah - tell M/S to sod off!!!!! Yay for Noah standing, Ethyn's been doing this for a few weeks, no steps for us either, why walk when you can crawl at fast speed!!!! He is still cruising the furniture nicely too!!!
Tan - Poor Izzy, hope she doesn't have too many falls, I guess its part and parcel of it all hey.
Sangie - can't help you with shoes, but I am sure Target and Kmart would be the go if she is going thru them quickly.
Shell - how was your pizzas!!! I love home made pizzas
Lulu - glad your grandmothers funeral went well  Glad Elena is giving you some well deserved rest.
Dan - Ethyn can be like that to me sometimes, but yeah he is as sweet as to everyone else!! BOYS!!
Ash - does state of origin do a best of 3? I have no idea, AFL all the way over here!!
Ok going to catch up with a friend during my lunch break, she's bought me a caramel slice!!!
Oh should do a quick one on Ethyn!! Got a phone call yesterday from Child care saying he had this horrible rash all over his torso and his forehead and behind his ears, I took him to the docs as it looked very measle like, turns out to be a reaction to his 12 month injections, which I thought was a bit weird since it was 14 days ago since he had them and everything I read said 8-10 days. But oh well, rash is gone today and he is back with his friends!!
Ok must go, :D
-
Hello Everyone!!! I am going to do speed personals tonight!!!!
Sarah - are you any better?
Tan - what about you? Are you feeling better!!! Angus always runs too fast for his legs!!
Ash - the origin was great hey!! lol!!!!
Lulu - you must be one busy Mum, don't stress about Izzy, all my kids go through stages of rejection, in the end there is no-one like Mum. When they are hurt or want something, they always come to me first!! You are doing a fantastic job. I can barely deal with Angus atm, don't know how I would cope with a newborn as well.
Lee - yes state of origin is the best of 3! What's AfL?? Only kidding, is NRL only in this household!!
Lis - I think the bellybelly site might be having dramas lately, my comp has been slow loading pages on here.
D - Angus had been full on lately also. He is forever pulling the girls hair and hitting and biting, but he only does it to them cause they scream or laugh and run away. he thinks it is a game so keeps doing it. He is just a real handful, so different to my girls. Has def cured me of wanting anymore for the time being!!
Not sure if I missed anyone - but hello!!
OK, well where has the week gone!!! camping was great, is always nice to get away, and it was kinda like 5 star camping with full facilities!! Lots of sunshine, alcohol and games, and DH was on kid duty (well spose to be)!! We were right on the beach, and the weather was awesome!! Even went swimming!! ANgus just ran constantly all around the place, and the funniest thing, the camp next to us had an 11mth old called Angus also!!!! So was very confusing at times!! We are still having dramas in the sleep dept, je is waking roughly every 2 hrs. Have tried to pat him to sleep, rock him etc, nothing works till I give him his boobies. I am seriously thinking of weaning him cause I am so exhausted it is so hard to function and not fair on everyone else. When I am at work he sleeps fine, just up once for a bottle. Have tried to give him bottles when I am here and he refuses cause he knows I am home!! Cheeky bugger!!
Anyway, I best go!! Have a nice weekend, catch up later!!! xxx
-
Just a quick one - a laugh for Tan . . .
After being one of the "I definitely hate them" group in relation to Phil & Ted's, I went and bought one yesterday, took it shopping today and love it!!!
BBL for personals.
-
Oh Lulu, I remember in the double pram dept your dislike of the phil & teds!!! Glad you joined the club!! I love mine!!! (so how many prams do you own now!!!)
-
Four - but if I don't sell a couple my DH is going to divorce me!
-
I have a pram obsession myself!! I want a new stroller now!!! What colour P & T did you get?
-
OK, where is everyone hiding!!!
I have had a pretty boring uneventful weekend!! Had work Sat night, tried to sleep Sun, then had kindy excursion with middle DD today. My house is in much need of a clean, I am having a tupperware party Friday so good excuse to pull my finger out and clean!!! Angus has been really ratty, am blaming his teeth but gosh he is painful atm. His sleeping is ridiculous, he just wants to BF all night and I am exhausted. He is constantly on the run during the day and screams to get outside. Typical boy, loves the dirt and bikes etc!!
Anyway, hope everyone is OK, busy busy I spose!!!
-
Ggggrrrrr having trouble posting, not sure if its my computer or this site or maybe both! But its really starting to p*** me off...................so so slow................
LOL at the pram obsessions! I have 2 for Elena so seems perfectly reasonable to me Lulu that you would have 4 prams for 2 babies!
Shell hope Angus starts sleeping better for you soon, you must be exhausted you poor thing! OOooohhhh I love tupperware, would love some more but I'm sure DH would strongly disagree with that!
Gotta fly, hope all is well. Should be working while Ellie is sleeping.........
-
i love tupperware too but the price is just way out of our budget right now:(
Well the renos have started! We managed to save a lot of money in a very short time....dont ask me how, but we did it! So we have $700 worth of paint sitting there begging to be put on the walls!
We also are getting new carpet as soon as the painting is done so we are gunna be very busy!
Mason stands for a long time alone now but no steps!!! grr
-
I've been trying to post for a few days but all my posts keep getting deleted so I gave up for a few days. I met my little nephew over the weekend. He is absolutely gorgeous and being a perfect little baby. My brother and SIL are doing a great job.
Livvy is being a princess by day and a feral by night. She still isn't settling at night time. We are completely out of ideas!!! I am sick with a headcold and Livvy isn't settling herself until we hold her in our arms or put her in our bed with us. Has anyone else been or going through this?
D - Fantastic news that you have been able to save enough to start your reno's. What are you looking at doing? Don't panic about your little man not walking. These babes do what they want when they want and not a second before.
Shell - I'm a huge fan of tupperware which you could pick the second you open any appliance or cupboard in my house. Livvy sounds just like Angus. Absolutely loves anything that's dirty.
Sangie - I have the exactly same frustration with the computer as you. It's been driving me mad and I actually gave up for a few days.
I better duck off and finish organising dinner,
Chat soon gorgeous ladies,
Dan & Livvy.
-
I have had major issues posting too guys so hence why I've been hiding a bit!!
:hello: to you all!!! I'm feeling too lazy and down to do personals right now but have been reading and have to say Lulu you gave me the BIGGEST laugh hun!! :) Glad you like it and if you like I have to say it must be good! 4prams - thats funny!!!! What colour did you end up getting! We laybyed ours last weekend and got red! I figured I could get around faster
I'm having a down day in relation to my vbac. I SO do not want another c/s - the thought of it makes me cry and feel physically ill, but I know it might end up that way. Now I'm wondering if I should hire an independant midwife. Dan and Shell - what do you guys think? I don't want the midwives at the hospital and mine to be at loggerheads but I want someone to stand up for us and think I would feel better if they were medically trained rather than a doula if that makes sense. I'm just praying this bub will come out a few days early and easily and save us the hassle of fighting hospital policy.
Ok Im off to have dinner and feel sorry for myself - to you all and I will be back when I'm in a better mood!
-
Tan and Shell - I got the red and charcoal one. It is really great. I still much prefer the side by side double for proper walks etc, but the P&Ts is brilliant for the shops, and Izzy is so much more comfortable in it.
Shell - I'm a huge tupperware fan too, and its perfect to go with my OCD!! You must be exhausted with Angus feeding so much. Hopefully it will settle down soon for you.
Danni - yay for renos. Hope its all trouble free and quick. I'm sure Mason will be running around in no time if he's standing for a long time now.
Dan - so pleased to hear your brother and his wife are enjoying their little prince.
Tan - try not to stress too much about the VBAC. I'm sure you will get it. Hopefully Dan and Shell will give you good advice. There was a woman in my belly buddies who ended up with a successful VBAC 16 odd days overdue for her 7th child! Hey, if she gets it, anyone can I say!! You'll do great sweetie. I just know you will.
Elena now screaming. BBL
-
Fingers crossed that this post works.............
Lulu yay on the red/charcoal P&T! My friend has one and I think it looks awesome!
Tan I have every faith in you that you can get your VBAC, you seem to be doing your homework so I'm sure that it will all pay off. You can do it!!!!!!!
D yay for the renos, trust me once you start there is always something else you want to do! I have to restrain myself from anymore renos as we are probably going to be putting our house on the market this year.
Day congrats on becoming an aunt!
Shell how did Angus go last night? Maybe he is having a growth spurt? I swear that Elena looks a lot taller this week than she did last week lol, which would make sense given how much food she has been scoffing lately!
Hello to everyone else, no doubt we are all still having issues with posting??? Gotta get back to work I suppose, shouldn't complain given that I am able to work from home today woo hoo! Catch ya's!
-
-
Posting is stupid right now isn't it! When I found the link thing to here it said the most recent post was Lulu last night - not Lis today! So odd!!
Quick one here, I'm feeling a bit better today - thanks for your words of support ladies!!
I'm having a Tupperware party in a few weeks after going to one the other day - I think Im getting addicted and want an organised pantry!! :)
Hoepfully this will post ok! Have a great night all!!
-
Yay for being able to post..........
Feeling slightly worried/nervous today - warning TMI!
We DTD yesterday and today I have EWCM (I'm sure its this and not DH's leftovers, sorry for the graphic). Also had what I think are O pains this morning? I have PCOS and so I rarely ovulate and therefore we haven't bothered with contraception unless I notice EWCM (seriously been non existent since having Elena). Crikey I guess this means I maybe O'ing this month which is a woo hoo as my body is actually doing what it's meant to all on its own! But I guess there is a chance now that I might be pg? Not sure how I feel about this..........going through a million different emotions this morning!
Sorry for hugely selfish post, just felt I needed to tell somebody. Haven't told DH, might wait a bit longer to get my head around it first. OMG a nervous TWW for me!
-
Great news Tan - glad you're feeling happier. Just gotta keep thinking positively - you'll get what you want. And go the tupperware. Its sad how grown up I feel now. I used to admire other women's shoes, handbags etc. Now I check out their prams and tupperware collections!
Lis - oooooooh. That's brilliant that you think you're o'ing. I know the mixed feelings about possible pregnancy. For what its worth, I never got to the point where I was happy being pregnant so soon but I wouldn't trade my beautiful 2nd daughter for anything so whatever way you go will be fine.
It was DH's birthday today and Izzy gave him a beautiful present - for the first time ever called out "Daddy" when he came into the room. Otherwise she's going well and seriously growing too. Not sure how though because unlike what Lis has said about Elena, she's barely eating anything. Got my 6 week check up with the OB tomorrow. Can't wait to have it over so I can stop dropping my knickers every two minutes!
-
OMG, this is the first time I have been able to log on in 2 days!!!
Just quickly as I need to sort my chidren out!!!
Lis - I could have written your exact post 2 wks ago!!! Was jjust about to buy a preg test, but I got Af yesterday though!! Hope you get the result you want!!
Lulu & Tan - I couldn't decide on the red or black so I got the black/charcoal in the end. Only cause I had a loan red one till mine arrived and my kids had it so filthy in 1 week, I decided to go for the black!!!
BBL, hope I can post this!!!!
-
Hi everyone,
Lis - OMG isn't it exciting when our ovaries do what they are supposed to. Some people think I'm crazy when I get excited over getting ovulating, LOL!! Fingers crossed you get the result you want at the end of the horrid TWW.
Tan - on feeling better. Is Iz better too? Be careful because tupperware is extrememly addictive. I had to stop looking at catalogues and going to parties as it was costing us an absolute fortune and Dave was starting to get really cranky, OOPS!!
About your question regarding a private midwife/doula. Are you wanting them there are an additional support person or to fight the hospital policies? (Hope that wasn't too blunt. Couldn't find the right word).
D - How's the renos coming along? I've been thinking of you lately too. How's your little man settling now?
Shell - You cheeky one for not letting us in on your TWW! All sorted out after coming home from camping? How's angus now after being crook for so long?
Lulu - I'm sorry but I had to laugh when I read your post about buying a P & T pram but so glad you're happy with it. I want to buy one if and when we have #2 but I think it's going to be a battle to get it out of Dave. He won't even let me buy a stroller. Bugger!!! What a gorgeous present for your DH today. Our little ones are turning into little people and it's scary how quickly they are growing up. How's feeding Elena going?
Well it's same ole same ole here. Livvy and I have a cold and are both really tired. Livvy has at least stop screaming when we try to settle her at night but only if one of us are in her room. We don't have to be touching or soothing her but we have to be there. I sat by her bedroom door last night and she happily drifted off to sleep. If we try to settle her by herself she is screaming the house down. We have no idea what to do anymore :wall:.
I better duck off and get ready for work although I am just wanting to go. I have no idea how I am going to get through my shift. I'm needing to lay down and sleep 2 -3 times a day.
Have a great day everyone and catch up real soon,
Luv Dan.
-
Hey everyone! Glad posting is back to normal again!!
Dan - a bit of both I guess hun!! Support for me to tell me I can do it etc.. but also to say those questions they tell you to ask at birth classes but that I forgot while in the pain of labour (silly me) like why do you want to do it - what's involved and what happens now if we say no!
Shell- :hello: :)
Lis - good luck with your TWW - hope you get the result you are after hun! Have to say I posted about EWCM and ovulation etc on the 14th Jan - before I knew I was pg and didn't know that I was o'ing at the time!!!
Lulu - what a clever Izzy!!!! Typical isn't it that they say dada first and not mama!! Good luck at your check up hun - hope all is a-ok.
Quick one here because we have people over for dinner - just wanted to pop in and say a big :hello: to you all! Have a great night!
-
Morning all!
LOL Dan I don't think your crazy for being excited when you O all on your own! I feel the same way! Hope you and Livvy are feeling better soon.
Lulu hope your checkup went well, lucky DH got a great present hey?
Shell you cheeky girl! Have I missed something, are you TTC ???????? Has Angus sleeping got any better?
Tan hope you had a great dinner last night.
A big :hello: to everyone else!
I told DH that I am 99.9% sure that I O'd this month. He said 'that's great, well done'. Then 10 minutes later comes back and says 'so is it possible you might be pg?'. LOL took him 10 minutes to figure it out!
Have a lovely weekend all, we will be spending it house hunting yet again and hoping that we find the right one (I'm so sick of it!). Ciao........:)
-
Lis - LOL at your DH. Men!! They're all the same. Good luck with the house hunting. Its a nightmare isn't it - what starts off as such an exciting thing quickly becomes a chore that is time consuming and at times depressing when you can't find what you want, or when you can't afford what you have found that you like!
Dan - big hugs. We had the same problem with Izzy for a while too. I had to lie on the floor next to her cot before she would go to sleep. I just gradually moved closer and closer to the door until I was out of it and I have to admit, I did leave her at times to cry (not what I was happy doing but I was getting desperate). I'd go back in after only a couple of minutes and it has very quickly got to the stage now where I can now put her down and walk straight out without problems. Hope something works for you soon - its exhausting when getting your little princess to sleep takes so long. And hey, if your DH won't let you buy a P&Ts I know of a lovely Mountain Buggy and Babylove Tandem that are up for sale . . . Feeding Elena is going well, but her colic/wind issues have been getting progressively worse all week.
Hi to everybody else. Hope everyone is well and bubbies are behaving.
Had the night from hell last night. Elena didn't settle until 1.30 am and work at 3am for a feed. Izzy ended up in our bed at 2am but was still screaming and at 5.30 am I finally got to bed for some sleep, only to get woken by Elena at 7am for another feed. Had her 6 week check up this morning though and she's doing beautifully. 51 cm length, 35 cm h/c and 3.63kgs at birth. At 6 weeks she is now 57 cm long, 40 cm h/c and 4.4 kgs. She is growing so much more quickly than Izzy did. Went and bought some of the miracle colic mix today too so hopefully that will give her some relief and DH and I some much needed sleep. I think Izzy is getting another tooth through so will put her to bed dosed up on Nurofen tonight and hope the tooth pops through soon.
-
My posts have not appeared? weird weird and so fustrating!!! grrrr
tan: i will be hiring a private midwife with #2 definitely. I too am in constant fear of a repeat c/s and awful hospital experience.
I have just pulledall the tiles off the wall in the kitchen! that was great for exerting negative energy!
We are starting to wash the walls this weekend ready for painting, then we will retile the kitchen walls, and then laying the new carpet. Im pretty sure that will be it. Run out of money then!
-
Hey girls,
Sorry for going MIA again, I've had the week from hell. It's a full moon and AF is here with a vengeance because I'm changing pills :( BOTH kids are sick (Blake with a horrid cough, runny nose and leaking ears and Lulu with a chest infection) so I'm a sleep deprived mess. Anybody else notice their kids/themselves go wacky during the full moon? I've been the moodiest cow and have been driving Dave insane, I've been so mean and nasty and snappy that he wouldn't see me for 2 days until I stopped doing it (fair enough I say I wouldn't want to be near me either!).
All else is well, Blake has started blowing kisses with sound effect included, and when I ask him where his toes or willy is he points to and plays with them LOL such a boy, bathtime is all about his willy
Love you all, will be around to catch up with personals now :)
-
ash, i have missed you so much. Can you give me a call when you can pls?
-
:hooray: I'm baaaacccckkk!!!!!! Heehee - well back enough from wallowing in being sick etc to be able to finally sit and do some personals some justice!!!
Mabello - How are you hun?? Sounds like you and D are nice and busy working on the house!! Hope little Mr M is being good for his mama!
Ash - Hope the kids get better soon  It's just horrid isn't it and you end up circling around and getting each other sick when you get better. I used to work for the fire brigade and the ambo call centre was in the same room and they were SOOOO busy on the night of a full moon! People definately go a bit silly. Iz was a bit grizzly in the night but nothing out of the ordinary right now!
Lulu - I hope Izzy's tooth pops out soon too. I can't believe how little they are and they have this mouth full of big teeth! My Iz has 3 molars - wtf!!!! WTG with Elenas weight gain!!! :cheer: I can't remember if you are b'fing?? Feeding times are the thing I think about the most and not being able to fully entertain Iz while I sit and feed the little man for hours at a time... does my head in thinking about it and I think you are doing a brilliant job sweety. Forgot to say the other day how cute of Izzy to say daddy on DH's birthday! So sweet! Izzy's first word that made sense was "dada" too - she says it all the time when she is looking for him etc...and has just started coming up to me and saying "mama" Awwwww I love my girl :)
Lis - It is so exciting hearing about all you chickies TTC - I hope this is the month for you hun! :crossfingers: Don't get me started on house hunting... I was so determined to have moved by the time this little man arrived but it is SO not going to happen. I hope you guys find something soon.
Dan - Is Livvy better yet hun?? I hope she is feeling better soon sweety. I don't think that you are strange getting exxcited about o'ing!!!! Good luck with it all hun.
Shell - for AF.... ae you trying, or trying not to try and seeing what happens like we did???!! Don't scare me about the red - I'm already having second thoughts about it - Im scared the red will make the babies hypo!! Haha! There is no way I will change it though DH will kill me! Hope you and the kiddies are all doing really well!
Sarah - How are you hun??!! Hope the m/s really eases off soon for you sweeets so you can enjoy the last month or so you have left o/s.
Kelly - come back!!! Heehee! Hope you are well hun and Luke is doing well!
:hello: to anyone I have missed - I feel like I've missed lots of people sorry!
Well we are doing really well now that we are over all our lurgies!! Izzy is just such a joy (as all your bubs would be too!!) We just crack up every day at stuff she has learnt and does! I found her climbing up on a little box she has toys in and then she used that to climb up on anohter cube thing in our lounge room the other day - far out all I can think is how on earth you stop them from breaking all their bones!! She is chatting more now but still alot of jibber jabber! Considering she was a late starter with it all (remember me stressing!) Im not too worried! She runs everywhere now with one arm still for balance and the other swinging back and forward! So funny!!
Our little man is growing nicely, the last 2 appointments I have measured one week ahead, same as with Izzy so that's all great. He doesn't move anywhere near as much as she did, so that it taking some getting used to but I am at least getting some reassurance every day now which is nice, and DH has felt him move quite a few times too! It is so odd second time around, Im excited and in love already but it is just different. I had Izzy's room set up at around 28 weeks and had stuff ready from about 20 weeks but this time around we have just put the pram on layby and bought a few clothes!!! It is really strange! My girlfriend still has our cradle so I will get that from her in the next few weeks, and will buy a new mattress and get mum to sew some new sheets for it! We are making a HAB and mei Tei in the holidays too - only one week to go! DH has finished up work on the Foxtel show Satisfaction so is taking a week or two to work around the house and try to get it ready to sell when we are finally ready!
Right this has turned into the worlds longest rambling post- off to mums for lunch in the p!ssing down rain here today! Have a great Sunday ladies!!!

Ash lovely to hear from you, hope the littlies are feeling better. And yes, strange things do happen during a full moon!
D how did the renos go over the weekend, hope M was being good and letting you get lots done!
Lulu woo hoo at Elena's weight gain and congrats on doing a wonderful job with the b/f, that is so awesome!
Tan we aren't TTC but just happens that I O'd this month. If I'm pg then we will be thrilled but if not then we will probably wait another 6 months to TTC as originally planned! So glad that you guys are all feeling so much better and yay for your little man kicking! Have you decided on a name for him yet or is it a secret?????
Dan hope you and Livvy are over your colds.
Hello to Shell, Sarah, Kass and anyone else I missed, surely I have missed someone.
Busy here as usual, feel like I need a holiday but probably not going to happen anytime soon unfortunately. Elena is doing great at the moment, seems she is having a break from teething and is sleeping/eating really well and is just the happiest little girl! She is now trying to say heaps of words and tries to say 'love you' which comes out as 'ove oooh'! Very funny, we call her our little parrot!
Gotta go before my little parrot destroys the lounge room!

We are USELESS girls!!! James is a possibility for a middle name ( Izzy would have been James Cooper!!) but we have gone off it for a first name. It is a family name though so we would like to use it still. I like William James - but DH has gone off that too!! Heehee! He still likes Jett and can't get past that. Ugh - it is impossible! With Izzy at least we both had 10 or so names we like that we could narrow it down from but this time around we just can't get there!! Oh well - still have 15 weeks to go!
