I was hesitant to buy an ereader too. I have a kindle & I love it! Especially after reading the game of thrones series as actual books. So hard to read while nursing DD just because they were so heavy.

Forgot to mention that Cally Jackson is a local Brisbane author & The Big Smoke is her first novel. I have met her a few times and she is a really lovely woman too and about to become a mum soon.
