    Good on you for buying a mini muffin pan! You can also use it to make tiny cup cakes.

    I posted several muffin recipes this arvo in the muffin recipe sticky, and it has a note about making mini muffins (cooking times).

    Have fun!

    Check the ingredients. Make sure there is no gelatin. Natural Yoghurt is just that natural as. With all the other rubbish thats in sweetened yoghurt I'd be worried. But thats just me

    Ingredients

    * 1 3/4 cups self-raising flour
    * 1/2 cup caster sugar
    * 1 cup natural yoghurt
    * 1 egg
    * 2/3 cup vegetable oil
    * 2 large bananas, mashed

    Method

    1. Preheat oven to 180?C. Lightly grease a 12-hole, 1/3 cup-capacity muffin pan. Sift flour and sugar into a bowl.
    2. Combine yoghurt, egg, oil and 1 cup mashed banana in a large bowl. Gradually add dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
    3. Spoon mixture into muffin holes. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
    4. Stand muffins in pan for 5 minutes. Turn onto a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or cold.

    yum! sounds pretty healthy to me. You can always alter the amount of sugar next time you make them if they seem too sweet.

    Make sure you don't cook them for the full 20 minutes, that would be for bigger muffins I think, and the mini ones will cook much faster

    ETA: you can also try using wholemeal SR flour, that goes well with banana-y or fruity kinda muffins, and is healthier too.
    Good luck!

    nice work hun! Sounds yum - may have to give them a go!

    WRT to the sugar - 1/2 cup really isnt that much over the whole recipe. So I wouldnt add less in order to be healthier. Just be aware of how many she is eating.
